"We loved our stay at Hotel Zephyr. It’s eclectic and has a wonderful San Francisco vibe. Very clean and so close to fun things to do (walkable). Balcony views are awesome. "

"First - shout out to manager Gino for making sure my family’s two rooms were actually connecting! He was super helpful and went out of his way. Hotel is good central location and safe feeling NH close to eating options on Polk St (try Bob’s donuts!) and pacific heights with a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s close too. It’s at the terminus of the less crowded cable car line to Embarcadero so easy to do that tourist thing. Fast elevators, comfy beds, and daily housekeeping was thorough. Our rooms were on the sixth floor with sliders to the pool - which some people may not like (fishbowl vibes) but convenient for our kids to swim in the heated pool while we could watch them from our rooms. "

"Cleanest hotel! Looks really new. Service from all staff was friendly and fast. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time and they already had rooms available, we didn’t have to wait! They gave us credit for dining at their restaurant, tickets for the cable train and free ice cream! Really close to the wharf but it wasn’t as noisy as I thought. "
