“Best Hotel Experience I've Ever Had”

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. My check in was very smooth and the front desk clerk ensured I was informed of all the hotel ammenities as well as ammenities close to the hotel, which was key for me since I had never before been to North Bay. The front desk even called me shortly after I had checked in to make sure everything was ok with the room! The hotel was very clean in general, but my room was fantastic. I was extremely impressed by the whole experience.

“Very good”

Overall very good hotel. Pool was nice also, hot tub was actually hot. A little pricey but slept well.

“too expensive for what you get”

This hote cost us the same as one we stayed at the night before and there was no comparison. The one the night before was pure luxury compared to this one. The room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room....awful!!! The pillows were flat, the bed was made like a 5 year old had made it. It was ok if you like a 2 star hotel but don't think I would stay there again but there were 2 good things....the staff were very courteous although they looked very dishevelled and the free breakfast was very good with good variety.
