““Top service with Great value for money”CLEAN.”
A very clean, and convenient hotel location to thedown town and the strip. . Staff was very nice! Quick Check-in/Check out verrry helpful. The decor was restful and very clean.Great Place - Even Better Service” When I booked this hotel, I was ready for a let down - I mean all these star ratings -and reviews??? Wife views was nice clean room with nice furniture and great bedding, clean bathroom, and a hair dryer.Nice and clean sheets Me -oooohhhh microwave, fridge,. They provide a computer in the lobby. We checked our email and booked our boarding passes with it. There is also free wifi throughout the hotel. there were no issues with noise thogh we thought down town might be a problem. Though its not on the bay as the hotel name says but you can view the Lake They picked us up at the airport, and when we left the first time, they even dropped us at mall . But thay have a HUGE parking space (in middle of down town) and that is free which i will use it next time The staff( indian couple) is the best - friendly, helpful and were a pleasure to talk to - they get 10 stars!!! The continental breakfast was OK - I am not a breakfast fan, so OK is a good rating by me. Finally, we are already planning another trip to North bay in the winters and we plan on staying here all the time. i you want to stay in expensive brand name hotel you will be wasting your money thats for sure, as i have stayed almost all of the hotels in North bay..
“It was okay”
Nice hotel,was expecting a little bit more for a "fireplace suite" but it was decent, clean, quiet. A bigger bed would have been nice, but all in all it was a good stay.
“Should Be Renamed Inn On The Joke”
The room was adequate, but the bottle of complementary shampoo in the bathroom was half empty, meaning they didn't bother to replace it after the last guest. There was no soft drink machine in the building (it had broken down and was removed) and so instead of selling soft drinks from the front desk the staff directed us to a convenience store 4 blocks away. In the morning the complimentary breakfast turned out to be cookies under saran wrap, so we opted to go the the restaurant on the top floor instead, which turned out to be an empty room with no furniture. I certainly won't be back.
“Not what I expected by the photos.”
I just stayed at this hotel and it was not what I thought it would be. It has rugs throughout which were not vey clean. The location is right on the main street which was a little sketchy. I personaly did ot like the hotel, if I returned to North Bay I would stay at a different location
