This was the worse hotel i have ever stayed. I would never stay here again. The elevators were broke, the bed was rolling, the room was dirty, and people were having sex. Terrible.

The only thing I didn't like was the dirty floor in my room. Everything else was great. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with any problems.

My room trash was already full when I first checked in, there was a roach on the hallways wall just crawling around freely, and the hotel rooms doesn’t have microwaves.

Internet was down for a few hours. Room temperature was set and not adjustable, and cold air was coming out sometimes. Only one staff member filled the reception station. Room was not clean. Hair dryer was not working. Overall I would not book another stay at this hotel.

It is an average facility. Aged but clean. No extras. We had to ask for things that should have been in the room. Still working on the double billing on the room.

The bathroom area light did not work at all and it was very noisy during the mornings with the cleaning crew. They really should be cognizant of guests resting especially when they have a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The coffee pot was dusty, there was blonde hair on the sheets. Overall my stay was a 3. Also, parking is $15 per day

I have made sure maintenance checks all of the lights in the room you stayed in to avoid it being a future guest's issue. I have also contacted housekeeping regarding the issues mentioned so they can prevent them from happening in the future. We do charge for parking, it is stated on our site as well as the Expedia page for our hotel.

I loved everything about the property. The only thing was having to walk from the back to the parking lot to the front a couple of times because the key didn’t work on the back door. The stairs too me out but other then that the room was everything and the hotel was very clean and pretty

I was surprised by their green clean policy, meaning they don't claim the room every day during your stay. I was also surprised by the $15 a night parking fee. Didn't like that all entrances from the parking lot were at the second with no elevator access.

Andrew thank you for staying with us. We're trying to reduce water usage and the use of chemicals with our green policies. Regarding parking every hotel in the downtown area charges for parking, we do have the lowest parking fees, including our competitors that have only off-site parking.

the air unit in the room kicked on and off all night, very loudly. there was also someone using a power drill in the middle of the night in a nearby room. the room needs to be updated, and deeply cleaned. our burgers we ordered from Black Tuna were barely cooked.

Regarding a power drill I remember checking you in that night, but not that any of our maintenance staff was using any power tools nor any noise complaints. I'll check with our Chief Engineer regarding what it could have been, I'm sorry that it disturbed your sleep in any way.

This was my third stay here. Twice before I stayed as a guest of MSC. This time I came of my accord because I knew the staff and the locale, Everything was fine and to my liking except the internet and cable TV didn't work. The staff was helpful and pleasant' but your electronics suck.

Hotel is in a fairly good location, they take a $100 incidental charge straight up, so prepare for that, room was huge and roomy but a bit unclean, and the beds are quite well worn, the room took a while To heat up, however overall the staff are amazing and the rooms are average and maybe a bit less for what you pay for.

Came for a comedy show and wanted to be close to the arena. Decorations are cute, room was clean, and bed was comfy.
