The key card system was down the entirety of our stay, we had to be escorted to our rooms anytime we left and came back. We had 4 rooms booked for work travel. We complained to the front desk that there should be some resolution, room comps, free parking something. We were given a $10.00 voucher for the restaurant. Charged full price for our rooms and parking. A real disappointment that there was not more of an effort on the hotel to make it right. Needless to say we will not be booking a stay at the Sheraton again.
