The hotel was right on the beach, I got an ocean view room. Beautiful. Nothing real fancy, but very functional. Mini fridge and microwave were nice amenities. The hotel is older, but a great option for the price. *Note: They do have free parking, but it's a block away

When the clerk asked if he could help me I said "I have reservations thru expedia" he excused his self from the people he was talking with & began my check-in. After a 4 hr drive it was nice to be in our room in less than 10 mins. Our room was oceanfront. It was roomy, clean & had wonderful views. The parking is the only drawback...its across the street :( Everything you could possibly want is with-in walking distance...food, drinks, activities for the kids...funhouse, carnival, miniture golf.

The parking situation needs to be addressed immediately. There are not enough spaces and patrons are charged if required to use the lot next door. The broken elevator also needs to be repaired. One elevator is not sufficient and ten years is too long to be down for the second. The majority of the staff were very nice and strived to please.

“Not impressed”

Front desk staff was not helpful at all ...parking was limit and have to pay $15 parking somewhere else. (They let us park at the next door hotel that I found out myself, but the staff said parking extra about 2 blocks away...) if you come back to the hotel in late afternoon it mean you have to pay for parking...

“The price was cheap but the hotel itself was cheaper”

They had computer problems which caused people to enter the wrong rooms. some people walked in on other families. my situation, i had to wait almost an hour to get my reservation. the complimentary poolside drinks was 2 bottled waters. the beds were not comfortable at all. it was musty. the poolside view was disappointing. it is better to get the oceanview with the in room jacuzzi but the beds are not desirable in this hotel. the elevator was slow, the stairs were dirty and scary. room had musty smell. tv channels were lacking. the hotel room keepers were friendly though. the best thing about the hotel is that it is in a great location and on the beach. the pool was small and had a hole at the bottom. showers were ok with good pressure.

The hotel staff was extremely rude!!! and the hotel elevator was dirty. My room has a hole in the wall and I got stuck in the bathroom from time to time. I felt harass and discriminated against.

“The WORST STAY EVER.”

I had a late check in. I came in to the hotel at 3am and no one was at front desk. i called many times and the phone just rang no one answered. i went around the hotel looking for someone that works there and no one was there. finally at 415am i seen the front desk guy name Paul come out of one of the rooms. I asked him why no one at the front dest he stated another guest had an issue i said ok but you came out of the hotel room and i was waiting in front for over an hour. The room i booked should have had a ocen view when he finally got my room he had to manuelly open it and it was pure mold in the room all over. smelled like mold and the carpets was wet. i asked for another room he went to check and every room he provided in the system it stated it was free but i got the rooms they had guests in them. i finally gave up on ocen view and picked a regular room. When i was checking out another front desk person clearly young and had all his friends in each hotel room. There was parties thru out the hotel and im guessing none was paid. Overall my stay was horible. the hollways was dirty and the paint was chipping the elivator didnt work. The pictures i seen on site was not the hotel i stayed in. The pictures showed clean and nicely done rooms and hollways and that is not what i received.
