I arrived at the hotel two days after my parents did. Upon arrival I was quite surprised that nearly all of the rooms had an ocean view. The rooms have all be completely redone. While the elevator was being worked on while we were there it was up and running with in a few hours. I spent one night there with my husband. We had a rather nice room with a fridge and microwave (we didn't even request it) The rooftop pool provided a beautiful view of the beach and boardwalk while there was a sun deck off to the side from it. The stair case area itself left a lot to be desired. The lobby was nice, the staff was friendly except for one maintenance guy running around. They were poor to answer the phone however when calling the front desk or into the hotel itself. One other thing the breakfast was amazing, the offered pancakes, doughnuts, juices, cereal, oranges, apples, bananas, coffee, danishes, bagels etc. I can't imagine why any one would speak ill of this place. I spent one night there, my parents spent 3 nights there as did a friend of ours. Save you money by staying at the Ltd, you will find it to be a comfortable pleasant expierence.
“Perfect for our stay!”
This wasn't "plush", but perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed being right across the street from the beach. There weren't enough towels left in our room either day, but the staff at the front desk cheerfully provided them. The drapes in the room need a little attention as we had a little difficulty keeping the light out at night--but a minor inconvenience. We enjoyed the ocean view from our room! Breakfast was very nice, with real butter for the toast and muffins! Unfortunately, we could hear the concert across the street from our balcany at night. Quiet indoors though.

The hotel was just as we expected it to be. we could see the beach from our window. everything was ok except for the breakfast that was offed in the morning.
“very good for the price”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nice and had a variety of cereals, pastries & juice. It also had pancakes, coffee, milk, fresh fruit and yogurt. My room had a nice view of the ocean, but I'm not sure all the rooms do. Also it could use some small repairs. My bathtub did not have plug so we could only take showers (which was fine b/c the tub was kind of old). My room was cleaned daily and looked nice. It also had a small fridge and microwave (again not sure if all the rooms do). It was less then a 5 minute walk to the beach. Stores, resturants and a gas station are all within a short walking distance. Also it has a rooftop pool which my kids loved. We would go back.
“Good Value for Money”
with this hotel you are getting what you pay for. amemities were good in the room you really have all you need and the breakfast was good for a small hotel. service was good in the all. a minor inconvenience of getting into my room was put right by there efforts to ensure my satisfaction which certainly helped my overall opinion.

“Excellent Place To Stay”
Very pleased with the Room and condition of Hotel. The only negative we encountered was the Elevator - small and it would always stop at the second floor and the door would open for 30 seconds even though no one was there or pushed the button
