“Great experience!”
We have never been to any place away from home, but this experience will stick in my memory and in my kids memory as well. We enjoyed the time in the beach and inside the hotel, the breakfast was outstanding, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. We are looking forward to go back. I want to thank the staff of the hotel and the management.

“Great hotel for the price”
We came in the spring, off season for the area, and had a great time. The price was right. we were a block from the beach. we'll certainly come again!!
“fair hotel in a great travel destination”
I've read reviews before the trip and found this hotel to be the best for the money. When I got there, parking was no problem. Check-in took only a minute. Got a second floor room which was fairly clean except the carpet - which for its old-looking, it looks like it's been maintained alright. TV, microwave, refrigerator, dryer, toilet, shower all worked fine. complementary breakfast was great, bagles, boiled eggs, yogurts, milk, juice, waffles ad so on. breakfast starts at 7 am and they seem to get refilled quite often enough. Don't be fooled by the pictures on this website because they're way smaller in real than they look in them. But what the heck, beach is only a couple blocks away who needs a pool. overall, though you will see there are better places to stay around the place including the hilton, for the money, this I'm sure is a great place to stay. Though I'm trying out another hotel next time(since there are so many choices), I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or whoever is a first-timer as myself was to the area!

Decent breakfast.Pools very nice. Room was very comfy.. Loved the fact we had a fridge and microwave... allowed me to save money. This was great since I was traveling with 2 young kids.On site parking a bonus. One block from the beach. It was a great trip. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff very nice.

Just a nice play to stay, easy going staff. Room was nice, nothing real fancy, but animals are welcome at this hotel. An occasional bark was heard, but it was a nice place, i would stay again. The continental breakfast was awonderful perk! Went for a wedding, multiple members of our family stayed here,we rented numerous rooms, no one had any complaints!
“Wonderful Honeymoon Stay”
Everything with this hotel was absolutely perfect! Stayed there for a few days for my honeymoon and the location near the beach was AWESOME!!! The staff was extremely helpful with our needs! Plus, I have to co-sign with their claims to having very comfortable beds. Extremely soft, my wife fell asleep within seconds. Thanks alot!!

I have stayed at several hotels at Virginia Beach in the past and this was one of the best. I am not a La Quinta person but I was truly pleased with the service. Last year I stayed at the Hilton and I couldn't believe how this hotel is just as good as the Hilton. Beautiful room and friendly staff. We had a blast
