“Keep up the good work”
very nice hotel, yay! The people were wonderful and the room was divine.
“Would definitely stay there again!”
Good location and great value for the money! There is only a valey parking available and it cost 15$ per day! So have it in mind! Breakfast is kinda expensive - 12$ per person! So I decided to grab something in town!
“Great Hotel!!”
My experience with the downtown Courtyard Marriott was great. The rooms were a decent size, the beds provided a great sleep (5 pillows), a small refridgerator and great cable service provided all I needed during my visit to Nofolk. I even had internet access for my laptop in my room - free of charge. The hotel is conveniently located in the donwtown area, there is freeway access nearby, and a mall right on the next street! I'd rate this stay a 10!!

“Great Location in Downtown Norfolk”
A brand new hotel that is clean, classy, and friendly. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in Norfolk's newly rennovated downtown hot spot.

The hotel staffing were very cordial and tentative to the needs of the occupants.I loved staying there. It was very comfortable and clean.

This is a Courtyard, so it is not as upscale as a normal Marriott. However, it is very conveneient to everything, clean, safe and comfortable. Staff was exceptional.

The hotel is in a great location (even with the road work going on outside). The service and staff were first rate.
“Great Location, Great Hotel, Quirky Service”
For a downtown hotel close to all the fun stuff, this one is worth every penny. The slightly lower rating for service is not because the service was bad, just very odd. The hotel staff was friendly but did not exactly impress us with professionalism. They did not communicate about the hotel services or give much direction on things. When asked, however, they did go out of their way to be helpful. Despite the quirks, I would strongly recommend this hotel--unless you have a hard time asking for things.
“Great Place to stay”
We had a fantastic stay. There is internet in every room and the new beds are FANTASTIC. There's a pool and a hot tub on the 6th floor. Close to the mall and not too far of a walk to Nauticus. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again if in the area and highly recommend to anyone.
