“Great Hotel”

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The pool was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The housekeeping did an awesome job and were also very friendly.

“Good and close to my son's house”

The accomodations were good. The cleaning of the room was less than expected. We had to pull out the garbage cans so they would be emptied. Almost ran out of toilet paper before it was replaced. Otherwise the hotel was nice. I would stay there again.

My first experience with Residence Inns was a very positive one. I willlook for them when I am traveling.

“Good value hotel”

Hotel is a newer hotel in a older part of the city. We had a short distance to travel to go to attractions. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

“Great place to get away to”

Overall, this was a great hotel. I used it as a place to go for me time and me time is what I got. The nights I spent there ws peaceful. I did not want maid service and they respected that. Hotel manager checked with me each day I turned away the hosekeeper just to confirm and I thought that was great. The only downside with my stay was there was not too many eateries in the immediate area. I did not drive and when I was not with my friend I could not rely on something in the area. The continental breakfast was not too good either but slamming coffee. I truly would reccommend this hotel and I would stay there again

“Higher Quality Hotel Than Expected for a Reasonable Price”

The hotel is new, so the staff was still ramping up to be in synch with each other in providing consistent and glitch-free service to guests. Individually, each of the guest services members were very pleasant and courteous. The condition of the hotel is excellent, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are of much higher quality than a typical two star hotel. I thought I was staying at a much more expensive hotel. I was quite satisfied with my stay there.

“Chesapeake stay”

Hotel is relatively new, very poorly built. Noise from other rooms and hallway can be heard. Only fast food restaurants in the area.

“A Terrible Experience”

IWe had a very BAD experience. We found as many as four (4) bed bugs in one of our bed the next morning. They were alive and we handed them over to House keeping and Management. We were offered a different room, but declined and changed hotels. Management contacted Expedia and processed a full refund. Two really big bugs were found in the under edge cover for the box and the other two (smaller ones) were on the bed itself. It made my family feel very creepy and uncomfortable.

“Good brand new property, lousy recption staff”

We had asked for a 2 king bed room for 3 people. However, the room turned out to be king bed with a pullout. This was a very uncomfortable position and with the hotel supposedly full, we were given no option, but to suck it up. Eventually, One guest had to go without sleep all night. We were asked to call expedia to clarify the booking and were told that the room is meant for 3 people. The pullout bed was sloping and the person sleeping on the bed could not get more than a wink.

“Not what I expect for comfort inn”

Not a good area to stay with family and kids. It's in between industrial area.
