“Can't wait to go back”

The people at the hotel was very nice, but at one point I called the front desk and the line was busy, so I went to desk person, just to tell her I needed to change my wake up call for saturday, May the 16. And she was on the line talking to some of her friends, nothing to do with her job, but personal things. She didn't even looked up and say one second or nothing, It was like she didn't care for my needs. Hers had to come first. The night I came up to the desk was the friday before, my leave date. When I got back to my room I tried to call again, and she answered and I let her know about my new wake up time.

“Very nice rooms”

The rooms and service were very nice. The breakfast area is small, but the selection of breakfast items is good. The staff was helpful and pleastant.

“Cheap”

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that isn't nasty, this is your hotel.

“OK for moderate accomadations”

Check-in was quick and painless. Beds were clean, but not completely made (all pillows in a heap on one bed and bedspreads askew, but blanket and sheets were fresh and made-up properly). Small trash was found in corners and under room safe, so housekeeping is not the most thorough. Bathroom was clean, but towels had paint drips (dried) on them. Breakfast was OK, if you want sugar and carbs and no protein besides peanut butter. Overall, what we expected - a so-so, reasonably-priced room. Front desk staff were very nice, professional and helpful with request for extra blanket, etc.

“it was ok”

the front desk put us in a room that wasn't cleaned yet. we had to wait for cleaning ladies to finish. Luckily we weren't in a hurry

“Great for the Price”

Excellent accomadations for a short stay. Even offered Free delicious breakfast in their breakfast room adjacent to the lobby- a welcome surprise amenity for the price!

“Need newer beds!”

The beds seemed a bit outdated and very uncomfortable.

“Not up to par with previous stays”

The hotel had given the cleaning staff the holiday off, so the room service and response time suffered. Really need to look at the wisdom of holiday time off, maybe the rooms were not booked up, so they needed fewer people. Stool wouldn't flush properly. Air conditioner leaked cold air badly, so we were too cool until we went to bed. Overall, not the best stay we have had. The staff on duty did a remarkable job, considering. The breakfast was not up to par with previous stays, either. Maybe it is a sign of the "economic" times.

“Save some money!!”

This hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a nice room to hang out in for any length of time than I would spend a couple more bucks and stay somewhere a little nicer. If you are looking for a place to crash for the night then you can't beat this place.

“Expedia not getting what I was qouted”

There wasn't anything wrong with the motel but you booked me king non-smoking room . When I got there it was a smoking room. I couldn't stay in the room. They didn't have any other rooms. So I had to go to another motel. Which endied up costing me more. This is the second time I used your service that this has happened. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.
