Une des pires hôtel que j’ai pu voir dans ma vie. Insalubre et peu sécuritaire. Je me suis fait quêté de l’argent par un sans abri devant ma porte. J’ai dormi habillée pcq mon lit était plein de taches brunes déguelasses… Nous avions fait 15h de route avant donc nous y avons passé la nuit car très fatiguée mais si non j’aurais quitté les lieux…

The main thing that I dislike about this holy spirit is I went online to Expedia and the room was 123 I went to the desk to pay and they said that it was $83 so they only took out $83 but Expedia took out $123 I find that a complete rip off and I would love to speak to a supervisor to see how I can reimburse my funds. The room had cobwebs on the wall. A lot of noise will be made around my room wee hours in the morning. Someone even knocked on my door very hard aggressively more than one waking me up out of my sleep. This was not a good experience and possibly the worst motel 6 I have ever been to

My honest opinion of this motel is that it’s not in a great area and the overall cleanliness was not what I was expecting. It looked and smelled like they hadn’t cleaned in a while. it was a nice room, but again cleanliness was NOT up to code. The one manager I encountered was wonderful, super sweet and genuinely seemed to care about her job. It was awesome that we could have pets stay for free, but again because of it not being cleaned properly from other pets who have stayed previously, my pets were very uncomfortable with the atmosphere. I hope things turn around for this motel- It has potential, it’s just not being taken care of. :/

I was in my room for about 2 hrs and I could barely open my door! The shower was barely clean! And I found bed bugs literally just crawling on my bed and the staff gave attitude when I asked for a refund!

I notified the Front Desk that my room was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I left for a function and upon return noticed that my room had NOT been serviced! I was ultimately moved to another room AFTER I complained and physically went to the Front Desk because I didn't like the way I was spoken to over the phone! I'd rather sleep OUTSIDE before staying there in the future! It would have to be a matter of life or death and even then I would NOT want to stay there!

The room and the bathroom were way to small for two adults. If I were to have taken a shower and stepped out it would have been right into the toilet. It was mis represented by the pictures of the rooms showing a microwave and fridge the whole purpose for me to get the room was to shower because I have a busted water heater at home. I didn't even shower.

The problem that I incounter was my reservation was for 12/26 - 1/2 instead of me checking in on time, i got to the hotel at 9pm with my two children and not able to check in until 4am of the 27th, because of the reservation problem at no time no one offer me a credit of anything and i had to check out a whole day early with no apologies really hurt me as a paying customer and a single father who had to sleep in his car with my children until we was able to check in. I am not happy and feel that i should receive some type of credit back to credit card.

First off, be sure to ask about the decal for your car upon checking in because your vehicle will be towed without one. The one who checked me in didn't even bother to ask me about my vehicle or even mention anything about needing a decal and I woke up one morning to find my car "missing." Thankfully, I didn't have to pay to have it pulled out of storage because it was the employees fault for not giving me a decal and was able to get my car. The first room had black mold so I requested another room which I couldn't even open because the latch needs replaced, so I got a 3rd room. The 3rd room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and had pee stains on the toilet, dirt inside the sink, and pube hair on one of the beds. Not to mention the floor had not been swept or mopped at all and I had to get unusable motel towels so I could clean the room myself as I didn't even want to request another room because I was just plain tired. Overall, the employees are semi approachable and checked to see if everything was alright when an ambulance had to come to take my friend to the hospital because he had multiple seizures that wouldn't stop. After everything, I didn't even stay the full trip. The vibe of the place is questionable at best and given everything that had happened, I simply couldn't even sleep and went to truck stop just so I could get some sleep. Overall, I will not stay here again and wouldn't recommend the place either.

Rooms were just that. No fridge or anywhere to store items. Rooms were semi clean my white socks are now brown. Stayed 3 nights and never had a maid clean or bring towels.
