The most expensice hotel I’ve ever been in. the price doesn’t match the quality at all.

Hej Christian. Mange tak for din feedback. Vi er kede af at høre at du ikke var tilfreds med dit ophold. Vores priser er dynamiske, ligesom flypriser. Jo højere efterspørgsel på værelser i Aalborg, jo højere pris. Du var her under en stor kommunal konference, hvilket vil sige der næsten ikke var nogle ledige værelser i Aalborg.Vi håber selvfølgelig at kunne byde dig velkommen igen en anden gang, hvor der er lidt mere "ro på byen". Modern hotel, near the railway station
This hotel is located a short walk from the railway station. Rooms are modern and functional. They have a nice breakfast buffet, with items individually wrapped for safety.

Very good location 5 minutes from railway station and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good and rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Very Convenient for visiting Northern Denmark.

An Adequate Hotel
We had stayed at two other Scandic hotels in Norway and knew what to expect. At least we thought so. This was a step below their Norway counterparts. The lobby was okay, but rather small. The parking was insufficient. The front desk/bartender was overworked. The breakfast, although more than adequate, was no where near the Norway levels. Overall, the place needs a makeover.

Functional
This is actually a good hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are ok size and clean. Hotel lobby includes a lounge area. Breakfast was a good selection. Good wifi.

Terrible check in claiming that I had not booked through Hotels.com and they had no reservation or room for me, but that I had probably been scammed. I book through the site several times a month and told them that I thought it was rather unlikely that I had got wrong. After 15 mins of arguing they found the reservation, but no apology. Several other guests in reception seemed to have had the same experience, but the hotel staff were not interested. Not staying there again.

Nice hotel staff and the lobby is very comfortable to lounge in. There was a malfunction with the cooling system but the staff was quick to rectify to the situation. Great continental breakfast too.

The positives: We were moved from a hotel downtown, due to the Carnival. The move was very professionally handled. Thumbs Up. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It was clean. The negatives: The rooms were small...the bathroom was a joke: I almost could not fit in the shower (but yes: I am a big man, so...). There was no view. The service at the hotel did not reflect a 200+ Pound/1900 kr experience. There was no lift to the 2nd floor. Will I got there for another stay: No way! Will I choose (another) Scandic hotel again? Hmmm...probably not. At that price, I can find something better.

Good, close to important places in Aalborg
Good, cozy hotel. There is a parking in front although during the weekend is totally packed and it is difficult to find parking space. Rooms are small. Breakfast was quite nice, needs more fruit options. It was excellent to have other “milk” options like almond milk. Thanks for that. Overall, if you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the room, the hotel is totally ok.

Nice stay in clean, comfortable rooms.
This was my second stay here. This time around, my only complaint was the pillows that were a bit too soft for my liking. But I managed. Bed itself was very comfortable. Other than that, the staff was very welcoming and I had a good night. It is a quiet area that takes you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Other than that, a few eating options right around. I had a superior room, which comes with a voucher to be redeemed for snacks and/or drinks. Anyway, I liked that extra touch. Breakfast was good and other than that, the room was comfortable and airy. It's nice to have the hardwood floors in the room too. When in Aalborg, I would be back there.

Very good hotel, with excellent staff. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of choice at breakfast time. More than sufficient parking space right next to the hotel and also very close to the train station. Only a short walk into the town centre, which would have been lovely had the weather not been cool and wet for most of the time I was there.

No mini bar in room and no food service to room and no food anywhere in hotel except for a couple of bits from reception area and breakfast (which is great) and take away.
Dear guest. Our minibar is today a large SHOP in the reception area with hot/cold drinks, salads, snacks, sandwiches along with a range of other offers. The reception provides a fully licened service with beer, wines and spirits, as well as help with ordering of delivery og take away food. Best hotel yet in Alborg, and we have stayed at many! Could have received a better explanation on parking meter system - almost received a ticket as Machine had no English Instructions and we thought we had paid!
