“Nice apartment/hotel in a great location”

I arrived at the the hotel after hours, and the hotel staff put the key in a security box for me, along with my check-in documentation. The hotel is located above a parking garage, and is attached to a very large shopping mall with a hypermarket. The train station is also across the street, so getting to the hotel by train is no problem. Since it is an apartment, there is a kitchen available to do any cooking, or even need dishes to warm up left-overs. I wish I could have met the staff, but I wasn't around when they were on duty. I'm sure they are friendly and helpful. They are definitely helpful on the telephone.

j'avais pris un studio pour 4 personnes : - il y a une chambre avec un lit très confortable - la SDB est très correcte - le coin cuisine est très pratique et assez grand. - un supermarché est au pied de l'hotel pour faire les courses peut être plus adapté pour les personnes qui viennent ponctuellement travailler à Lille ou pour des étudiants.

couloirs et accès aux appartements assez dégradés, mais appartement impeccable;Literie de bonne qualité. L'isolation phonique extérieure n'est pas suffisante, les bruits de la gare , surtout les annonces peuvent déranger

L'appartement est propre et confortable. La situation est idéale, proche du métro, de la gare et du centre historique de Lille. Les équipements proposés permettent facilement de préparer des repas, d'autant que l'on est à deux pas d'un grand centre commercial où l'on trouve de tout. Seul bémol, IL FAUT RESERVER TRES A L'AVANCE SA PLACE DE PARKING car il est impossible de stationner dans le quartier gratis et l'on doit aller en sous terrain dans un parc Vinci trés cher à la journée (pas possible d'avoir un abonnement, sauf au mois). Et ce manque de places de stationnement pose également problème lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel car il n'y a qu'une dépose minute, assez bondée. Prévoir un parachutage express.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Appart assez spacieux. NB: reservez votre parking sinon il faudra se garder chez Vinci (parking de la gare), très cher.

“Just the job for that price”

Bit of a quirky place, not sure we've got an equivilant in the UK. After we booked in on friday the reception desk was closed over the weekend. We let ourselves in and out and hardly ever saw a sole ! The place is clean and our rooms were perfectly comfy. The hotel was excellently located for strolling into town, and there were cafe's and bars everywhere. Cool city.

“Great Budget Accomadation”

The room was small but ample. Maybe slightly smaller than a UK "Travel Lodge" room, with the added benfit of having a cooker, sink, Microwave Oven and Fridge along with a table and chairs for eating at. Room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower, etc. The bed, a pull out sofa bed, could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't that bad and we both slept fine. Only down side to the room was the air con which seemed to recirculate smoke from other appartments which resulted in slight tobacco smell at certain times of day. Contrary to other reviews we didn't hear any announcements from the adjacent rail station. For the price, would def go back.
