“Cheap and Cheerful”
If you're tired and weary, this is the place for you. Five minutes away from the Dunkirk ferry and highly visible from the approach road. We arrived after hours but the receptionist was a jewel and opened up with a smile. Everything basic, but clean and comfortable with a good hot shower. We booked outward and back and it took all of the hassle out of sprinting for the ferry.
“No Frills or Fancies”
My room was small and the bathroom was reminiscent of those in cabins on cross channel ferries. The bed was basic. Having said that I slept well and the bathroom sufficed for my needs. I was given a 15% discount voucher for the Campanile restaurant next door for dinner where my food was excellent. Breakfast in the Premiere Classe was basic but was only 4.80 Euros. Free Wifi. For a one night stop this hotel was totally acceptable.
“Fine for a cheap night's stay”
We chose this no-frills hotel because it was relatively inexpensive. We needed a place to stay for one night on our way across Europe. We needed a room that can accommodate three people. Don't choose this hotel if you need a room for three adults. The bunk bed over a double is really only suitable for a child (and not a small child if you worry about safety). Basically, we got what we paid for. The hotel has free parking, the rooms and bathrooms are small, the metal beds squeak a bit, but the room and sheets are clean and the beds are ok for a night's stay.
“very impressed”
very happy with the service
“Great for the ferry”
This hotel is ideally situated if you are getting the ferry from Dunkirk to Dover. It is a very basic but fair enough given what it costs. The rooms are small but adequate and the breakfast isn't bad for less than Euro 5. It has two restaarants and a supermarket next noor and easy access to the motorway.
“good time”
Fantastic for the price would atay there again anytime.
“Silence”
un peu trop bruyant le matin et le soir, tranquillité des clients non respectée par d'autres clients
“Premier Classe Loon Plage, Dunkirque, France”
This hotel is ideally placed for an overnight stay coming from or going to the Dunkerque ferry port. The initial checking in process was fine. However the room was probably the most depressing one i have ever stayed in. Small double room with a small window looking directly into the room oposite so we had to keep the curtain closed making it dim and dreary. On the face of it the room appeared clean however the corners at the top of the bed had not seen a duster or hoover for some time as they were both dusty and covered in cobwebs. The shower and toilet were perfectly clean although the shower curtain was mildew marked round the bottom. The hotel was cheap for an overnight stay but no matter the cost, cleanliness should always be paramount. Wouldn't stay again.
“small rooms!”
this is an economically priced hotel and ok for an overnight stay, but I suggest that to give yourself enough space, for 1 person book a double and for 2 people book a triple room, the rates are similar
“Spartiate, et très très bruyant”
Tres spartiate, la cabine de douche est de la longueur d'une porte, et de largeur inférieure. Porte qui d'ailleurs ne s'ouvre pas en grand tellement la chambre est petite (le lit gène). Deux jours sur place : chaque jour, des hordes d'enfants dans les couleurs à faire du bruit dès les premières lueurs du jour.
