Hôtel bien situé. Chambre donnant sur l'arrière et plutôt calme. Pas de batonnets dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct. Service accueillant.

“Could've been better”

The hotel was well located, very close to the metro and near the shops. But it lacked maintenance, details such as broken toilet roll holder, broken handle sink faucet, broken bulb, tiny details that at the end of the day added up and make it less confortable. It was very disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The breakfast nothing special, we needed to ask for more bread, yoghurt and ham.

“Ideally Situated but in urgent need of a refurb”

Standard Express by Holiday Inn Layout and limited breakfast buffet. A distinct advantage having its own covered car park - 12 euros a day. Unfortunateley let down by in desperate need of a refurb - worn bath enamel, chipped paint, stained carpets in corridor (but bedroom carpet OK). The really disappointing thing is that it was not much cheaper than much better hotels (Best Western Bell Vue Grande Place) that we had used earlier in the year. Still it was clean and not uncomfortable and staff friendly and helpful and very close to centre. Just not such good value.

“Déçus”

La fenêtre était ouverte, il a fallu se mettre à 2 pour la fermer (week-end de grand froid). Le mélangeur de la douche était abimé et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Lorsque nous l'avons évoqué à notre départ, on nous a dit qu'il aurait fallu demander une autre chambre. Ce serait mieux de proposer dès l'arrivée une chambre en bon état. Dommage, car l'hotel est bien situé mais il manque d'entretien.
