“nice place, good neighborhood.”

nice hotel. Good breakfast. Wifi was 6 euro more rather than being included but that's not a big deal since it was fast. right next to trains and shopping. Good air conditioning and the curtains blocked out all the light so I could sleep in after transatlantic flight

“Very convenient and clean”

The rooms are a bit small but very clean. Not much storage space if you are staying a long time, but otherwise very conveniently located. There were only two complaints. Someone next door was smoking in the middle of the night and the smell entered through our vents. Also, the dining room service was terrible. They ignored us for the most part.

“Good choice, especially if you are driving”

We chose the Mercure as the resting point for our "Bridge Too Far" weekend. The location is convenient to the bridge and old town area, about a 15 minute walk, and offers ample parking next to the train station. We asked for a room facing away from the tracks and found it to be quiet enough to rest - I would avoid the track side due to announcements as well as train traffic. The rooms are small but comfortable. Amenities are standard "Mercure" - you know what to expect at this chain. The key to an enjoyable stay would be to get an excellent price - this room and this property would not be worth a premium.

“Had a good stay.”

The renovation noise was annoying and I had a room towards the train tracks, which meant I heard the trains from about 5-6am (not many though). Otherwise a very good hotel.
