“EXCELLENT RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX”

La résidence est idéalement placée, 10mn à pied de la Promenade et 15 du centre pietonnier. Elle est un peu vieillote mais trés propre. Le quartier est parfait. Rien à dire !!!

“Large, beautiful, clean room”

Very nice, friendly and most serviable staff. Nice surroundings and restaurant. Parking was also gracisouly supplied. Wonderful, clean, and large room. A fan was put in room (It was very hot during our stay) for us. We much enjoyed our stay. Thanks Expedia!!

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel, et très enthousiaste quant à l'espace à vivre dans la chambre et aussi à la situation de l'hôtel. Hôtel situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à proximité de la Promenade des Anglais. Pièce spacieuse et tout à disposition (micro-ondes, frigo, couverts ...), avec SDB et WC séparés. Très bonne prestation. Seule point négatif : pièce imprégnée de l'odeur de tabac

The place is actually an apartment building rented by day - quiet, clean, and roomy place to stay a few days, up to 1 week; Pros: - each room has a mini-kitchen with utensils - the toilet is separate from the bath - underground parking available - 10 euro/night - close to Promenade des Anglais Cons: - there is no room maintenance until you leave - hot water seems not to be available after 10pm - no air conditioning, you may have to throw your garbage into the chute whenever needed
