Hotel had everything we needed, including the requested infant crib and highchair. Rooms are small but clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Maeva very much. It's a pleasant place in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are very clean and adequately comfortable. Being able to sit outside our room, in privacy, to eat was a good feature - however, we were on the ground floor near the swimming pool resulting in a rather shadey environment. This could be an advantage at the height of summer of course, except perhaps if the pool was noisy, but for us in the middle of September it meant we were less inclined to cook our own meals and ate out more than intended. If we go there again it would only be if we could have a room above the ground floor with a balcony. The cooking facilities were good but there was no kettle causing teamaking to be slightly less convenient than it should've been, especially as there was a teapot supplied. The coffee maker worked well. The staff at Reception were very helpful and all spoke good English. Anne-Charlotte was especially kind and helpful (she was on duty for most of the first part of our stay), spoke excellent English and always had a cheery smile. She gave us excellent advice on how to get about etc. Reception is only staffed at certain times.This was not a problem except in one respect. Arriving on a Saturday, we could not check in until 1700 at the earliest. This is quite inconvenient when you arrive in the morning and have to lug your luggage about with you all day. A midday opening would be most welcome.

Résidence agréable pour séjourner avec une petite piscine sympathique. Les studios sont bien conçus et propres. Un peu éloigné du centre mais désservi par les bus. L'accueil est gentil mais pas très efficace (il faut passer l'épreuve de l'arrivée, après c'est bon).

L'hôtel est bien dans son ensemble. Par contre, la propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorer (poussière et cheveux dans le canapé lit par exemple)

hotel agréable, bien situé. nous avons particulierement apprécié la gentillesse et la volontéde régler au mieux les petits problèmes de l' hotesse d'accueil.

“Just like an apartment”

10 minute walk from promenade de anglaise. this really is like an apartment which for myself was nice. The people at the front desk were helpful with tourist imformation. Very quiet place tucked away in the hills. Parking was a problem the spaces they assign you are very small and there is a cement column on each side.If you have a small rental park on the outside of the gates for free. You must return the room the way you found it when you checked in or theyll charge you for cleaning it. Remember the only place to exchange money is the airport. I recommend buying american express money orders, you get the best exchange rate. Grocery store on promenade anglaise about 20 minute walk from residence. The residence is not easy to find if your driveing from airport. Take your time and count on getting lost the first time.

Nice appartment, good location, lovely gardens and pool. No kettle(!) and only a microwave - no oven. Twin beds, but VERY close together! Altogether a good value stay and would go there again.

Studio bien équipé et parfait pour un séjour. Terrasse ensoleillée et vue agréable sur jardin. A noter toutefois le manque de places de stationnement ou parking cher et peu pratique. Un autre détail : le choix du revêtement de sol lors de la rénovation récente s'avère être une catastrophe (aspect sale et non entretenu).
