“aisance, confort, vue et situation exceptionnelle sur la promenade des anglais....”
La résidence hôtelière est propre, notre chambre était spacieuse et très bien agencée. Le balcon relativement grand pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner ou autre et la vue sur la mer et la promenade des anglais très belle et très reposante.
“Excellent place to stay”
Left us into room immediately in the morning. Very clean and comfortable. Staff especially friendly and accommodating. Immediate response to any requests. Very convenient bus service; access to markets, post office, restaurants, etc. Laundry and computer access on premises. Microwave, stove, fridge. Warm and cosy. Good hot water in shower. Highly recommend.
“By far exceeding our expectations”
Upon arrival staff was helpful and courteous. We were given the possibility to upgrade to ocean view for a small fee. In the end we opted for two rooms one with the city view and another over looking the ocean. City view is very nice but you will hear and see the occasional train go by. Not to mention the freeway right behind it. The noise will not stop you from having a conversation on the balcony or listening to television with the windows open. For a better, quieter, sleep shut the shades (small switch next to the patio doors). The ocean view was exceptional but remained noisy due to the six lanes of traffic on the Promenades des Anglais. Beautiful restaurants were available on the beach across the street. Proximity to airport is ideal ten to fifteen minutes at most. As we attended both, the hotel is well situated at equal distance from Cannes (and the film festival) as well as Monaco (F1 Grand-Prix) both approximately thirty minutes away. If you plan on travelling by car, dont waste you holidays looking for parking; ask the front desk for a magnetic card giving you access to the parking for a small fee. Its well worth it. Room was newly renovated and had a queen bed and a futon in the living room. Living space was approximately six hundred sq. feet and was more than enough for four people. Kitchen was included along with dishwasher, small oven, fridge and everything you could need to cook.
“Good pick for families”
My husband and I and two girls under 5 traveled to Nice. Our room was a 4 person suite with a sea view--double bed in bedroom and pull down coach/bed, which was comfy. The facilities were were very clean and the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels if you so chose. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful-they printed out schedules for the buses and exchanged a bill with change to use on the bus. Laundry facilities were in the basement. The AC blew air, but didn't really get cool, some might find it uncomfortable. It wasn't too bad. Baloney offered a great view--a little noisy with the traffic, but double sliding doors meant that with them closed we all slept well. If I had to return to Nice I would stay there again. The breakfast in the hotel was pricey, we chose to get our croissants from the bakery along the street (turn right out back of hotel). The internet cafe is there (much cheaper than hotel) and a small convenience store. The supermarket is also across the road to the right on the corner.
“Will return soon”
We had an excellent stay over the Christmas holidays in one of the 4 persons apartments with sea view. This offered a good combination of the space and freedom of an apartment with the services from an hotel including daily cleaning and linen change. The best thing was the stupendous view over the bay and being able to have meals on hte balcony in hte sunshine overlooking the Mediterannean sea. Although some of the furniture (armchairs, sofa, dining table) and TV need updating, this did not spoli our enjoyment of the place. The aprtments are some way away form the old town but there are bus stops very near and buses run continuosly. yWe will certainly stay there again during our next trip to Nice.
“family friendly”
Right on the beachfront and accommodates a large family easily. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We didnt use the kitchen facilities but it was a great thing to have if you were planning a longer stay.

Hotel bon état général, personnel accueillant et disponible Très belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon Hotel bien situé sur la promenade restaurants à proximité mais plutôt éloigné (à pieds) de la gare en taxi 5minutes
“Will Recommend to Friends”
This hotel is right on the waterfront street in Nice. It is situated right between the Airport & Port for Cruising. The room was very clean & is more like a condo unit rather than a hotel room. Seperate bedroom with a kitchenette, eating area & living room. Only one TV in the bedroom. It would had been nice to have a second TV in the living room. There's a balcony overlooking the beach & the sea, absolutely wonderful. Take the bus when you can, very inexpensive. Taxi's are quite expensive.
“Fanatastic view”
Room was clean and spacious with fantastic view out over the Med from the balcony. The shower was broken but the hotel staff quickly had it fixed when we reported it. Convenient for the beach and handy for the bus into city centre and to airport. Everything you could want was nearby. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely return.
“Great beach getaway”
A bit out of downtown area but nicely placed on the beach. Room was great for 2 adults and 2 teens. Kitchenette great bonus since grocery store was so close by.
