“going back next year”
nice pool area, friendly & helpful staff on reception, it`s a self catering hotel contains coffee perculator,2 ring e/hob,e/kettle,microwave/grill/oven,fridge & dishwasher. it is a studio room,the main bed is a bedsettee (quite comfortable). the room is air conditioned & there is a balcony with plastic table & chairs. drawback if you arrive between 1200-1400hrs you can`t get into hotel grounds unless a resident guest comes along as there is no one on reception to buzz you in, & you have no gate number.other than that no problem. there is a small shop around the corner, & the supermarket is back up to the national road,turn left & go 1km. when leaving airport catch the bus(200 or 500) ask for- le gros chene(stop prior) or -les vespins(stop after) price on bus 1euro each. DONT TAKE TAXI.PRICE WE CHARGED 35euros. the bus passes the railway station on way to hotel,distance from hotel approx 1km. can`t think of any other information to give . so enjoy your stay.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful,good Train and Bus services close by, take the train to Monaco for a great day out, pleanty of resturants close by at the marina, we had a great time

Hôtel tres agréable ,chambre spacieuse et appartement fonctionnel.les places de parking sont un peu justes pour des voitures familiales.

Cadre très agréable, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de petits déjeuners à prendre la boulangerie la plus proche étant un peu loin. Si on veut des restos par contre c'est super on traverse la route et on se retrouve sur le port avec l'embarras du choix.

Nous avons ete ravis de notre sejour dans cet hotel, personnel acceuillant, hotel tres bien situé, et le confort et la popreté de la chambre nous a enchanté, vraiment rien a dire et nous y retournerons sans hesiter une seconde, des que nous le pourrons. Bravo et merci

Not a hotel! Bring your toilet paper and soap! Greatlocation..easy to get bus to Nice/Monaco/Cannes.Short 5 min walk to buy food, pastry, beach(large pebbles).Residential neighborhood.A/C needs work. Many restaurants 15 min walk to Cagnes Sur Mer the next town--on the water.

First, Pierre&Vacance network in France are not hotels but self-service condos/studios for short or long stay. You should not expect to have your towels changed, room cleaned or gabage removed - it is all self service. You are expected to clean the kitchen upon checkout.They even will not provide extra toilet paper if you used the first roll.
“Poor service and maintenance”
This hotel is well located and smartly set up, but our room had not been properly cleaned (filth-old food beside fridge, a lot of dirt in corners) or maintained- sink didn't drain properly, 3 lights didn't work etc. Reception is open for limited hours and the staff made you feel like a nuisance if you were in the lobby or asked them for anything. Three tv channels were in German but only English channel was Eurosports. Very disappointed
