Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing due to the unpleasant treatment we received from the manager.
From the outset, there was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast. Upon check-in, we were assured that breakfast was included, only to be met with contradictions at the time of check-out by another receptionist.
Although, after a discussion, we were assured that it had all been a misunderstanding, the manager approached us in a very unfriendly manner and insisted that we pay for breakfast, implying that we had misinterpreted the situation. Furthermore, we were taken aback by her threat to negatively rate us on hotel review pages if we didn't comply with her demands.
This poor rating is not only due to the 60 euros we had to pay for breakfast, but primarily to the unprofessional and hostile attitude of the manager towards us, stemming from a confusion caused by her own staff.
Regarding the facilities, although the hotel is visually appealing, the rooms turned out to be smaller than expected. We had reserved a room with a sofa bed, but it was not provided. Requesting a power adapter was futile, as they did not have any. Additionally, we were surprised that none of the four reception staff members, including the manager, spoke Spanish. The elevator was notably small, especially inconvenient if you're traveling with a baby stroller. The location was also uncomfortable, as it is quite far from the city center.
