“Would recommend”

Our Superior ensuite room was quite small but very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and includes a hot menu. The Hotel is well placed in Nice, most attractions are within easy walking distance although taxis may help if travelling with luggage from the main train station or airport. There are several nice restaurants near the Hotel, otherwise its an easy walk into the old town or Promenade des Anglais. Reception/bar/waiting staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

“Excellent Hotel”

Niceley situated, clean and comfortable hotel with a distinct "upmarket" feel. Would definitely recommend. Make sure you confirm whether the breakfast is included with your room rate though as the breakfast isn't cheap - you do get a good choice however.

“Excellent Hotel Great Location”

We had a great long weekend in Nice and the hotel was probably the best value for money hotel we have stayed in throughout Europe. The rooms were more than adequate for a city break and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate our breakfast on the outside terrace each morning which was fantastic.

“No Complaints”

we used Expedias picks and were very satisfied with Hotel Ellington.It was very clean and our room was quite large by european standards.The staff were very pleasant and eager to be helpful .Hotel Ellington is perfectly located , 10 minutes walking to train station ,10 minutes or less to beach and even less to Old Town which is between hotel and beach.We rode the train everyday from Nice to Ventimiglia with all the stops inbetween mostly for seaside dinning. We had a wonderful time and Hotel Ellington helped fulfill this experience.

“Séjour agréable”

J'ai passé 1 nuit à l'hôtel Ellington et j'étais agréablement surpris. D'habitude, je choisis pour mes voyages des hôtels de chaines pour la qualité constante de leur service. Cette fois-ci, j'ai opté pour cet hôtel car j'étais séduit par l'image qui donne son site Internet et je ne regrette pas mon choix. J'ai passé un très bon séjour ! Le petit déjeuner était divan (on voit rarement autant de choix sur un buffet des hôtels), le personnel souriant et serviable. La chambre était correcte, pas très grande mais avec une décoration très actuelle. Le seul petit bémol, pas de vue mer .... ce qui m'a plu le plus c'est sûrement sa situation en plein centre ville. Pour mes prochains séjours sur Nice, je n'hésiterai pas à retourner à l'Ellington.

“Hôtel Ellington Cadre et accueil très agréable”

un hôtel très agréable à la décoration soignée et cosy l'accueil et le personnel serviable, chambre propre et très lumineuse. Un patio idéalement situé à côté du bar, bien pratique pour les fumeurs !! Le quartier central offre toutes les commodités, mais compter 15 minutes de marche pour voir la mer…

“on s'est régalé”

Nous nous sommes régalés lors de ce séjour à Nice et ca, notament grace à cet hôtel. Rien à dire, vraiment bien situé à proximité de tout (vielle ville, plage et centre commercial). Aucun problème durant tout le séjour que ca soit en chambre ou au petit déjeuner (qui était trés bon) et la réception a de très bons conseils pour sortir le soir. Je reviendrai!

“hotel ellington”

Brilliant hotel and the service was exceptional. The receptionist was brilliant in guiding us on the best way to get to monaco and what to do and where to go, as well as places to eat at night time. He saved us money in his adivce on the way I had planned it. The breakfest at the hotel was awsome. I will definitely go back again, it was an awsome weekend away.
