“Great value for money!”

I've read some rather negative reviews about this hotel and so was apprehensive before my stay there in one of the triple rooms. Ok, yes, the rooms could do with an update. But my room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable... Staff were very friendly... Great location, and very close to the Magnan bus stop on the promenade for convenient transfers to and from the airport. If you're expecting luxury, go elsewhere. But also expect to pay a lot more if you want the views and close proximity to the beach that Des Flots d'Azur has to offer. Highly recommended!!

“Close to the beach”

Nice little hotel right across the street from the ocean. 4 of us shared a small room that had 3 beds and our own bathroom. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our lively neighbors. But otherwise a nice place. A bit difficult to find for us. Make sure you have clear directions. Also, a great little internet cafe located pretty close to the hotel. 20 minute walking distance from the main hub of activity. But seconds away from the beautiful beach. Nice was Nice! We enjoyed our stay. Less tourists than everywhere else we visited in Europe. Felt like we were truly on vacation here.

“Good location”

Perfect location, close to both beach and city centre, friendly staff. We stayed in a triple room which was detached from the main building. It was like a hut in the courtyard, not very comfortable, seemed unsafe, but it was OK. Internet was free but our room was not in the range. We had to go to lobby for connection.

Chambre à la cave!!!!! pas de fenetre ou plutot vue sur un mur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mes filles n'ont pas osé utiliser le lit à étage..Les barres sous le matelas du haut pliaient tellement qu'on a préféré ne pas l'utiliser. Cet hôtel doit être rénové de toute urgence!!

“THe scarriest and ugliest hotel i've ever been in, I didn't stay!”

First, the staff wasn't at all nice or anywhere near that. Second, the pictures of the room showned on website are misleading. The photograph we saw were photos of the best room in the hotel but the actual room we got looked like a rat-hole. Plus, the room wasn't clean, it smelled of damp fungus. Third, they have named that ugly room "Third level courtyard type" ... a very misleading name without any description about the room. Fourth, the room can be viewed from outside because they only put up thin materials on their glass door. Anyone who has a spare key could just walk right into you while sleeping! Overall, very unreliable hotel, bad service, horrifying room and its very old house condition (it was definitely a house!). DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL REGRET!
