“Very nice hotel, great customer service at the front desk”

The hotel was very nice. The receiptionist when we arrived was very helpful. I would high recommend this hotel to others travelling to Nice. It was close enough to the train station you could walk, even if you had a backpack with 30 additional pounds.

“Trés bonne situation sur Nice”

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre (chambre double), belle vue sue l'avenue jean massena. Hotel trés propre et surtout trés bien situé. Point noir, le wifi devrait être moins cher voire gratuit.

“plein centre ville, proche gare”

séjour avec une amie afin de lui faire connaître la ville de nice où j'avais habité et fait des études pendant 4 années, mais il y a 35 ans déjà donc j'avais volontairement choisi un hotel proche de la gare, situé en plein centre ville où tout pouvait être visité à pied, bus et tramway très très satisfaite car hôtel très bien insonorisé, climatisation impeccable et pas du tout bruyante,très bien rénové dans son intégralité, chambre prestige et salle de bains très grande et même 3 petits lits au lieu de la chambre double avec 2 lits jumeaux réservée - pour moi le seul bémol qui pourrait être amélioré : moquette dans la chambre à remplacer par carrelage comme l'entrée de la chambre ou parquet neuf comme dans la salle de bains (car de nos jours la moquette est plus source de mauvaises odeurs et d'acariens, et en plus fait chaud en été) personnel plus que compétent, agréable et serviable

“Nice hotel in NIce”

Very well located close to tram, main line train station and buses. About 10 minutes walk to the old town area. Hotel staff were all friendly and spoke very good English, especially the receptionist who was a delight and nothing was too much trouble. We paid extra to upgrade our room which was worth doing as it was a good size with a small hallway as well as being a decent size room and ensuite bathroom which was immaculate. We would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

“Fantastique”

I stayed at the Best Western New York for two nights in July, and found it to be absolutely brilliant for getting to the beach (7mins walk), close to the shops (like Zara, Fnac, Sephora) and the staff were brilliant. The only things I would say weren't so great were the breakfast, which I tried on the first morning and wasn't great - you would be better off going a couple of doors down the the 3rd floor cafe in Fnac for a coffee and muffin for 5 euros. Also, I couldn't sleep on the first night because it was pretty noisy, with the tram passing by frequently and people out on the streets. However, the staff were really helpful, and I would definitely book this hotel again.

“TRES BON HOTEL ET SITUATION”

Nous avons été très très bien reçu par contre 2 petits points négatifs toutefois : - pas de chaise pour bébé pour petit déjeuner - pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain (pb surtout avec un bébé de 19 mois)

“Impressive and good value for money.”

The service was excellent and the hotel was clean and well soundproofed. The location was great, right in the city centre so the car park was useful too, although they can't reserve your space even when you've paid for it.

“Très bonne adresse au coeur de Nice”

L'accueil a été très agréable, la chambre très spacieuse (chambre supérieure en étage élevé) avec une salle de bains et des toilettes séparés. Propreté ok. L'hôtel est situé au coeur de Nice ce qui permet de se déplacer partout y compris à la plage sans utiliser de voiture. (au fait le parking coute 12€/ jour). Le seul petit reproche à faire concerne le petit déjeuner assez pauvre et sans aucun fruit à disposition et quant au café, mieux vaut s'en passer compte tenu du goût...
