The 6-story B4 Nice Park hotel has 104 air-conditioned guestrooms decorated in a Mediterranean style with shades of yellow, blue, and red. Tall windows with floor-to-ceiling curtains provide views of the sea, gardens, or city. Most rooms have balconies or terraces. Closets have mirrored sliding doors, and 2 armchairs flank small round coffee tables. Tiled bathrooms include shower-tub combinations, hair dryers, overhead spotlights, and dual-voltage shaver outlets. Other features include high-speed Internet access, phones, safes, minibars, and LCD televisions with satellite channels. On request, a complimentary small basket of sweets welcomes guests.

Dining
Hotel bar - Serving drinks from mid-afternoon until late evening, the bar is an informal venue with an Asian influence. Far East–style coffee tables mix with ornamental bamboo stalks and black-leather banquettes. A large-screen TV broadcasts sports events.
Breakfast room - This informal room is dominated by striking, exposed-stone walls and unframed canvasses of colorful floral art. A hot-and-cold buffet is served, and four types of coffee are available. The chef's freshly baked apple pie is a breakfast specialty.
The hotel does not currently have its own restaurant for lunch or dinner, but its two partner hotels in Nice have restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine. Meals taken at either partner hotel can be charged to the room account.

Recreation
Guests have discounted access to a private beach and a fitness center, both two blocks away.
The Promenade des Anglais, two blocks south of the hotel, has dedicated lanes for bicyclists. The wide sidewalks that run parallel to the beach are a favorite with joggers and in-line skaters. Across the Promenade, the pebbly beach is open all year; water sports such as parasailing, jet skiing, and water skiing can be arranged in summer.

“would go back tomorrow !!”
Very pleased with the hotel which far exceeded our expectations. a) Location facing gardens beyond which was the sea 100m away b)Room larger than expected with two balconies c) Restaurant Dimly lit.On the one occasion we went in for dinner appx 7.30pm we were the only guests.We didn`t stop. Although several guests had breakfast in the hotel we preferred to eat out.There are literally dozens of cafes within a stone`s throw.
“Travelling to Nice and want excellent location”
We were welcomed with a surprise of an upgrade to a suite from a lower room category. This was the first impression which lasted for the entire stay. The hotel location was also very good, just 50m walk to the sea-face. The staff was very courteous and helpful with local knowledge. They helped us with all locations, travel chargers, etc. Language was a big concern for us, as we knew English which is relatively lesser know in France, as people had told us. Also, they had a private beach which could be used by guests at some price. McDonanlds was next door and a several other pizzerias were just round the corner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nice.
“The perfect spot in Nice”
This hotel has the perfect location!! It is near the beach, shopping, transportation and walking distance to Old Town. The location was beautiful, across from the park and just a block from the beach! We loved it! The price was great. Our room was updated (unlike some of the other reviews). The bathroom was updated, but no shower curtain, which was a bit inconvenient. There was a huge tub. The biggest plus for us in Europe was the king size bed. There was no flat screen tv, just an older one, which was fine for us as we were not in the room watching tv.
“Perfect place in Nice”
Very nice hotel in a great location near the best parts of Nice. Good value internet rate helped make our 3 nights here very enjoyable. Only negative was the high price for breakfast, which we declined and ate at restaurants.

“Great Place To Stay”
Had a long trip by train from Rome and arrived late at 9pm. Had phoned ahead to say that we would be arriving quite late and desk staff spoke perfect English and were very polite. As soon as I checked-in and told them my name they remembered my phonecall.A small thing but makes you feel welcome. Hotel in great position, across the square from Promenade d'Anglais and the beach, and near many good restaurants. Room was of medium size and very clean. Staff all helpful and friendly.

“Perfect Choice!!”
We had never been to Nice before and didn't know what to expect. I always wonder how much reality will match anticipation. The Boscolo Park was BETTER than we expected based on "overall" conditions, but let me elaborate. Hotel conditions/atmosphere very lovely; room was perfect with a balcony looking to the sea; front desk staff as well as housekeeping, charming and helpful; complimentary breakfast quite generous and delicious. What more can I say?? I would definitely stay there again ... great beach affiliation and walking distance to everything. A+
