“Lovely self catering hotel”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Citea Nice Magnan - I would certainly stay there again. It is a bit of a walk from the centre of Nice but is is well placed for transportation - the bus stop is across the road. It is 5 mins away from the supermarket and the beach, there are cafes and bars near by. The staff were friendly and efficient. All in all I had a great stay.

“Great hotel for price”

One can't ask for more: a balcony, swimming pool, good service and great location. The room was large and clean for a two satr hotel. Great value. And the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. You'd be a fool not to take advantage of this gem of a hotel in an expensive city like Nice.

“Excellent Hotel”

Excellent in every way!!! Very easy to reach from the airport...Just took us about 30 mins to reach the hotel from the airport. The Promenade just a min away. Great location. Had a kitchen where you could cook what you wanted. The kitchen had a microwave, 2 Heaters, all necessary utensils, a fridge. It was a great saving. Would surely stay in there again.

“Perfect place to say”

I was in Nice from Nov. 9-18, 2007. Prior to leaving home I did some online searching for places to stay and I came across Citea Nice Magnan on this site, so I wanted to contribute since the other posts really helped me. This place was perfect. The 23 bus from Terminal 1 at the airport does drop you almost right in front. That was one of the many big perks. The bus stop name is Magnan. My room was always clean and I felt very safe staying there which is extremely important for a solo female traveler. The staff was helpful and friendly. Since it was winter I did not see the pool area, but there are laundry facilities on the 1st floor. It was a good walk into the tourist parts of town, but on the days you didn't feel like walking there are plently of buses right out front that can take you just about anywhere (i.e. into Centre Ville, to St. Paul de Vence). The French train workers went on strike while I was there and so I could not leave Nice...I had not planned on that...but if I had to be stuck in city for 10 days I am glad I was staying at the Citea Nice Magnan.

“Great base”

This is a friendly, clean, well-situated apart-hotel that's perfect for someone who wants to use their hotel as a base. It's extremely close to the beach and the promenade, there is a huge supermarket in spitting distance and it's a nice 15 minute stroll to the old town. The staff were extremely helpful - when the maid accidentally turned off my hot water, so it ran out when I was in the middle of a shower, they opened up the next (empty) room so I could use the hot water there.

“Glad I choose this hotel”

The hotel is a 2 stars hotel, but their services,the location and everything makes this a 5+ stars hotel.Big and clean rooms, extremely polite and helpful peolple in the heart of Nice,close to the beaches and the airport and yet very quiet. I heartly recomend this hotel.

L'hotel est vraiment genial!le personnel est très sympatique.Ils sont a ta disposition.je ne connaissais pas nice, et ils m'ont donné des endroits que je pouvais visité.Des lieux animée et j'en passe.du débuts jusqu'a la fin de mon sejour; ils ont été remarquable.Merci a eux. la seule chose que je reproche, c'est que j'ai du attendre jusqu'a 14h pour avoir la chambre.c'est embetant quand on arrive le matin.mais bon ce n'ai pas très grave.
