Check-in person was not friendly no welcome to Kalika Came back to room the next the afternoon no house keeping Had to get our own wash clothes towels and tissues Not the best for the price we paid

I cannot say enough bad things about this. Hotel room(s) yep. We had to get two since the first one was so dirty and the second one was just as bad. The pool was FREEZING as well. Do NOT stay here

Friendly staff, great location -walking distance to the falls. Free Continental breakfast as expected. Adequate beds. Only 2 pillows per bed, but we slept well. Hvac temperature was off, had to use AC in winter - we let them know.
