Overall facilities were clean and good. The bed needed to be replaced sagged on the right side and not comfortable. But everything else was good with our stay.

One of best stays. I read some negative reviews and totally not true. The ceiling pipes are safety sprinkler system and not noticeable unless you look directly at the ceiling. This is a green hotel which means the a/c or heater operates only when there are people in the room. So it takes about 30 to get the room to your temperature setting. The beds are super comfortable and the free breakfast is excellent. It is 5-10 walk to falls. Walk to rainbow bridge is 10min. Bridge walk takes less than 10 min. Security check time depends on how busy it is. Overall, we love it.

Loved the boutique aspect of the hotel. Loved the architecture and interior. Great view of the city from the very top floor. My only comment would be our bathroom. There was a bit of black mould in some of the grout lines and in the shower floor corners.

I have never been to a hotel with such an AMAZING staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful as well. A quick walk to the casino and a few great restaurants.

We love this property, everything is walkable, falls are 4 minutes away walking! If you go to 18 floor you have a view to the falls i love it! Staff super friendly and room super super clean! Parking easy! I do recommend this hotel if you are looking to be near the falls! Family environment as well! Love staff! Love the food, breakfast was delicious!

This is an Art Deco property from 1920 that has not changed much over the years. Really cool building. It was pretty slow during my visit. The view from the top SkyView 19th floor longue was amazing.

The atmosphere is great and the service team is amazing! Beds are comfy and everything is clean. Drawbacks: we stayed during a winter storm and had to jack up the heat to keep it warm. And our shower was very low flow. But to me, that's to be expected in an older hotel. The charm is worth it.

Solid choice in heart of NY Falls
Great location and the hotel has a lot of unique touches. Classic art deco design carries through from outside, to common areas, into a well decorated room. The fireplace was an electric insert. I had expected real flames in a room that advertises the fireplace but no biggie. The jetted tub was nice. There is a top floor lounge with nice views of the city that is free for guests to use. A quaint bar on the ground floor. Room and bathroom were big. King bed was excellent.

There was a huge argument right outside the hotel the night we arrived. The very next morning there was a fight in the front lobby at 9am that no one was stopping. You definitely need 24/hr security. After that if I had kids with me I would of left.
