“Sheraton on the Falls”

The view of Niagara Falls from the Sheraton on the Falls hotel is memorably breathtaking. The falls are literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff and room amenities were comfortably pleasing. Whether on vacation or business, I highly recommend making the Sheraton on the Falls your home away from home.

“Great place to stay”

Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Every one was so nice and the location was perfect.

“Terrible and unpleasant service. NEVER go back!”

I paid for falls view room but I get partial on the 5th floor. Room service so poor! Food not so good and expensive. For this price I expected higher quality of everything I paid. The same comfort but even pleasant people and free brekfast and less cost of occupancy I get in Comfort Inn on the road in Plymouth!!! And Sheraton double charge my card - to fix this cost me a lot of my energy!!!! I am so disappointed!!!

“In the thick of things”

This hotel is right by the Falls and it's right in the middle of a very touristy area that we didn't much like. The hotel is clean and nice, but the location can be off putting to people wanting something a bit more quiet.

“The best ever”

Our incredible experience began when we drove to the reception entrance of the hotel and were given assistance with my mother's wheelchair by the staff at the entrance. People went out of their way to be helpful and the hotel even granted us valet parking at no extra charge to make it easier for us with the wheelchair. The room was large and very comfortable with a grand view of both the American and the Canadian falls. When we encountered staff, they usually asked how we were enjoying our stay. They usually also asked if there was anything we needed. We really felt that they could not do enough for us. It is a fine hotel, with a staff that seems singularly dedicated to the comfort and the needs of their guests.

Area recommendations
We enjoyed the casino, walking along Victoria Avenue, Clifton Hill, and walking across the Rainbow Bridge to visit the United States.

“Second Time in one month”

Conventient, reasonablely priced, friendly helpful staff, restaurant excellent, location wonderful, unbelievable falls view, can walk to stores, casino, Hard Rock, Hershey Store while being inside.

“Can't wait to return”

We weren't sure what to expect in terms of the quality of our falls view room or if we would even get a view of the falls from our room. We ended up on the 19th floor, with a fireplace and jacuzzi, and a PERFECT view of the falls. The service was phenomenal for the entire trip: friendly and attentive throughout. We absolutely cannot wait to return. This hotel is the perfect location for viewing the falls and visiting other nearby attractions.
