“Can't wait to go back”
I really enjoyed the stay and i want to book for our next vacation again.
“wil recomnd going there”
very nice, clean hotel with nice staff
“there needs to be more attractions on the american side of the falls!”
Hotel was superb, although the surrounding area was alright
“GREAT”
GREAT.
“jeigan”
Hotel was excellent. Located very close to the falls, you can walk within 5 minutes. One of your rooms was smelling like someone had smoked earlier - it was a non-smoking room. You could hear screams of kids from outside the room, and all bathroom water noise from other rooms.
“Mixed Results”
The location was perfect -- we walked everywhere, including to the Canadian side. We were able to go on Maid of the Mist, head back to the hotel to put on dry clothes and then right back to the park. We did prefer staying on the American side -- much less commercial and right near the National Park. However, the neighborhood was quite sad. Many closed storefronts. But, we were still able to find good places to eat in walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were very clean -- all white linens and comfortable beds. However, mixed feedback on the service -- primarily housekeeping. Going back to the room at 12:30, we still hadn't been serviced. So, we asked at the front desk for service while we were at lunch. They said no problem. They didn't show up until after 3:30 in the afternoon when we were at the pool. And, when we went back to the room, the door was completely closed with two housekeepers cleaning. I stay at a number of hotels and I thought it was common practice to propr the door open when cleaning. Not only that, but when they left, they forgot to leave us any towels and left the trash in a bag by the door. The next day was much better, but it left us with a bad experience.
“World smallest closets”
Nice hotel, great location but the room was very small. The closet was only six inches deep.
“Ivan”
Pretty nice.
“Pretty Good”
Quite good. There was a mix-up with our reservation and one of the desk clerks got a bit rude.
“Good hotel”
A somewhat older building, but well renovated, clean and comfortable.
