“would return in a heartbeat”
Recently renovated with all the latest amenities you would expect and more for such a low rate. Well done.
“fantastic interiors”
Interiors are high end. This hotel should at least be a 3 star. Only issue, if you are facing the highway, it is a little noisy (A/C is noisy too). Not many TV channels available though. All minor details for a short stay. The room itself is fantastic.
“Excellent and clean hotel”
Everything in this hotel was renovated to perfection. Rooms had new comfortable beds with a superb bathroom. Very well done.
“Great if you like outlet shopping across the street”
For a quick getaway with the kids, the Ramada was fine. We needed our truck to get to the Falls as this location was far away from them, but the room was cozy. Nice pool, great kids playroom although it was not heated and they froze after 30 minutes or so.
“Good enough but far away from the attractions”
Clean and new. Friendly stuff. Far enough from the attraction area. Would stay next time closer to the Falls.
“Renovated”
Thepicture of the double queen room is not accurate this hotel has newly renovated with brown colours and updated bathrooms. We stayed at the back of the hotel & I noticed the hot water took a while to travel through the pipes (seriously like 4 minutes to get hot water) Other than that the staff was helpful, the room was very clean and it is right across the road from the outlet mall which could save you an accident in that crazy parking lot! We will stay here again.

A courte distance des Chutes du Niagara, hôtel sans prétention mais chambres très spacieuses et confortables, literie de première qualité (lits immenses et matelas parfaits) et parking facile. Situé dans une zone calme, séparé par la route d'un petit centre commercial de magasins d'usine. Restaurants à proximité. Seul bémol : espace piscine un peu négligé.
“not bad”
The room was very nice. It would've been nicer if we got the 1 king that we booked instead of 2 queens. It was clean. There was a nice big flat screen TV. Outlet mall was right across. Restaurant next door which we were given a voucher for, the Olive Tree, was good.
“would stay there again”
staff was really friendly and helpful. We got there early but they puts us into a room right away. Rooms were clean. Sauna was down and looked like it had been for a while. Pool was cool it woke us up too bad sauna was down. Would recommend hotel.
“Perfectly fine”
The hotel was perfectly fine. It straddles a street [with an overhead walkway] immediately next to the QEW and we went to the wrong side before finding the check-in desk. I didn't realize it was non-smoking until we arrived, but dealt with it. The wi-fi didn't work for my computer. The front desk was concerned, and I could tell they actually cared, but had no expertise on how to fix the problem. The location was perfect for our purpose: halfway between the Falls and St Catharines. It took us a while to find the hotel because there is no direct link between Lundy Lane and the QEW -- and the streets, for visitors, are not obvious. I probably would have given the hotel higher marks if the wi-fi worked for my computer. As a side note, we had to move a desk to find an outlet to plug in our various stuff. That space revealed leftover crumbs, dust and other stuff. Except for that, the room was clean and the bathroom was good, except for it took forever for hot water to kick in. Regardless, I would stay here again; it's one of the better Lundy Lane establishments I've stayed in.
