“Ramada”

What can I say, our first night at niagara falls we stayed at a motel 6 which from the pictures on the internet looked like a first class motel. when we got there it was a small room with a bed in it and nothing else. I called expedia, and they got me a refund and booked me at the Ramada. The Expedia help center was first rate and my stay at the Ramada was exceptional. I had a king sized bed with a whirlpool and a beautiful room. The service was first rate and my stay at the Ramada made my trip to Niagara extremely enjoyable. “Love to go back”

This hotel was pleasant surprise the price was great for niagra falls and the rooms were some of the best I have ever stayed in. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The only negative thing in the hotel was Ihop were we went for breakfast it was over priced almost broke us and food was skimpy and cold coffee 3.95 pop 4.00 I don't recommend that to anyone

“Great hotel”

We booked this hotel because it was much, much cheaper than another hotel where our conference was being held. Very satisfied! The staff was super friendly, there was shuttle bus service to wherever we wanted to go, and the room was clean and comfy. I would go back!

“No complaints here!!”

Oct 2011 We enjoyed our King size bed and whirlpool jacuzzi suite and scored a reasonable rate too! Our check in was a little slow but we had no issues with our room booking (as many others in line did). We never used the free shuttle as we were within close walking distance to the falls and the casino (about 5 mins). Luckily our room was not on the same floor as the three staggette parties booked so we weren't bothered by any loud noise or drunken guests roaming around. Kudos to the reservation dept. for that!! Parking was a bit of a rip off ($12/night) but I suppose during high season parking in Niagara is at a premium. Pool could stand to be upgraded and made more private. But there is an ihop restaurant right in the hotel if you enjoy paying more for breakfast than you should. There are plenty of more reasonable breakfast places nearby as we discovered. Overall, our experience was great. Good value for the money!

“Good location; but not a spot for a quiet getaway”

The hotel is near fallsview and it's very convenient to walk around Niagara falls at night = without having to take the car and drive around the horrible traffic. The room, the sheets, carpet and washrooms were very clean. pretty well maintained overall - not bad for this price. however, for travellers looking for a quiet getaway this may not suit your taste as this hotel is in the main area at Niagara falls and it is very busy but nonetheless safe. For quiet getaways i would recommend going to Niagara-on-the-lake. By the way - parking is $15 per night.

“Better choice that Choice Hotels and Holiday Inn.”

This hotel is better than Choice Hotels and Holiday Inn. Has free shuttle service to tourist attractions with short waiting time. Washroom is very clean and well maintained. Towels are in good quality and not worn out. Rooms smells clean and no trace of cigarette smoke. Room rate is quite competitive to Choice Hotels and Holiday Inn. Except its small gym seemed neglected, with broken treadmill and its multifunction gym needs repair/maintenace. Has cute and clean indoor pool but no hot tub and shower inside pool area, so guest cannot do quick shower before going to the pool which does not comply with the health and hygiene principle.
