“Beautiful Niagara on the Lake Hotel”
Queens Landing was a beautiful hotel. The room was wonderful- nice jacuzzi tub, a rose on the bed, comfortable bed, keurig coffee maker in the room and the grounds were beautiful. Walking distance to town with nice shops and restaurants and close to Niagara on the Lake Wineries. We only stayed 1 night, so didn't take advantage of everything this hotel offered, but would definitely go back!!
“Terrific hotel in Niagra on the Lake, Ontario”
We really like staying here. We feel pampered, the setting is beautiful, amenities are excellent, great dining, and the owner has 3 other hotel properties in Niagra on the Lake, 2 have spas, and guests at any of these hotels, can use the facilities at all the others, and simply sign their room number for all charges. There is a free shuttle between hotels, and the location is great. Also, for those who enjoy the theater, this town is the home of the Shaw Festival, whose theaters are quite near The Queen's Landing Hotel.
“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town”
I found a beautiful unexpected town and a wonderful hotel, with an exceptional staff, thank you they made me feel very well
“Disappointing!”
My husband and I spent our anniversary there, lovely grounds and patio. After a matinee and some shopping we had a nice meal @ Zee's on the porch and thought we would wander back to the hotel for a night cap on the patio. It was just before 11. Staff was there but we were told it was closed, when we went to the desk to ask he just shrugged, said they like it that way and offered to put us in a car and drive us elsewhere for a drink. It was our 38th anniversary we are not youngsters but by the same token we are too old for curfews, won't stay there again.
“Very Disappointing”
Arrived at the hotel at 2pm. Was told that we room wasn't ready but had a guaranteed checkin at 3pm. Went to the outdoor cafe for lunch... service was very very slow... food was OK but not great. At 3:20 went to get room... still not ready. We finally came back after 4 and the room was ready but there was no acknowledgement on their part of not having the room ready on time. Just poor customer service throughout.
