Property could use some upgrades. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Lots of choices, hot and cold. Room was older but well maintained. We stayed on a Monday-Tuesday, it might be noisier on the weekend with a Margaritaville indoor and outdoor near by.

Great view of the falls from 7 th floor. Short walk to the Fallsview where we saw a great show. Walking to view the falls close was just a short distance. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is really noisy. We can hear people walked by the corridor and noises from upstairs. Our night was rough. The price dropped as soon as I finished booking at Expedia.ca

This is the best deal in Niagara! Walking distance to Falls with a view from our balcony. Indoor pool, which was clean and nicely heated. Excellent breakfast- had all the options, hot and cold including a waffle maker. Staff was very courteous. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location right across from casino and tons of food and bars, most room have balconies, lots of very small ants all over the furniture thankfully not beds yet, bathroom was very dirty and had small hairs on the floor. Wouldn’t stay again

Purpose for a hockey tournament stay. 4 couples booked, various room categories, various levels of updated or not. Standard Tower room facing parking lot. Clean but noisy. Restaurant playing music loudly and single pane patio door allows late night noise easily.

The rooms are not the clean. There was stains on the comforter, bath tub was clogged, and there was hair all over the floors, mirrors weren’t wiped down. In general the room was dirty. There are no towels by the pool area and lack of extra towels in room. The noise was terrible, bunch of idiot decided to have a party and have loud speakers on the balcony, knocking on people’s doors and running away. It was just plain stupid. Told the staff they said we are sorry. Since I booked this room with a third party. Very disappointed!!

The bathroom had loud noises coming from the pipes that got louder during the night. Bathroom fan did not work, drain was not draining, the tapes needed to hands to operate. There was not latch on the patio door. In general I believe the building needs a major renovation for safe occupancy. There was no house keeping, however someone arrived at 4:00 pm., we found that questionable.

The location is wonderful. It is close to the falls, dining and walking distance to other places you may want to go to. The decor is very dated, there were scratches, marks and dents on everything in the room. The hair dryer did not work when I tried to dry my hair. The staff are extremely friendly though and made our stay great

The prices are affordable, so we were happy. The hotel isn't very big, the pool access is nice. The rooms are kept, and breakfast is provided each morning. The hotel is inexpensive enough that you make a nice family trip visiting the downtown area. The food in the area is good, and walking place to place is easy. My daughter and I walked to the skywheel, 1.5km away. the hotel is less then a minutes walk to the farthest waterfall, and the walk to Clifton is the entire falls. For the rates, it's worth it. The staff are very nice and helpful. It's nothing too complicated. But if you wanted a huge room, you would choose a different star.

This was the first and last time I will trust a place to stay from Expedia. The room had ripped furniture, holes in the walls and broken lighting fixtures. The stairwell and hallway were of the same caliber. I never expected the four season's, but we were afraid to leave our bags in the room. Expedia really dropped the ball..never again!

Hotel is older and hallway carpets/walls are rough or outdated, but rooms have been updated since we were here last, and everything is clean even tho some stuff a little bit basic. Thankful for a super central location, off the main bright flashy streets, with nice hot breakfast and parking included!!
