“Great Hotel”

“Nice place to stay!”

I had read a couple of complaints about bookings not being honored on yahoo travel reviews but I had a very smooth check in. PErhaps the expedia fotnote about the 7 days required for some hotels to be notified may have been the culprit. Their suite was tasteful and well decorated...carpet looked a little worse for wear but otherwise the room looked great and the jacuzzi was very nice! The location is rather central and while not near the falls, walking down ferry street..a right turn and then a left leads you to skylon tower and the horseshoe falls while going straight down leads to clifton hills and the american falls, about a mile or more in each direction, no better and certainly no worse than some other hotels in the vicinity. They give a parking permit for parking on the hotel premises. Overall it was very nice and great value for money.

“Excellent Hotel”

This is a great place to stay, a little off the main "strip" but more than makes up for it with the quality of the rooms & the excellent service. Just make sure that the cabbie brings you to the right one!

“Great hotel with friendly staff”

The hotel was great. Although it isn't located in the greatest area of the Falls, the value and quality can not be beat. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was fantastic. We will be staying here again.

“Nice Place”

would recommend this hotel to friends,it was close to the main road where every body go to and all the attractions...the only thing that was bad about it was the parking,was hard to find one at night,other than that,"it is recommendable"...

“Good Value”

The hotel is a good value. If you have a car then location is not a problem. 8 blocks from the Falls. But you have to pay $8/night for parking. I do not know if there is a way around the parking fee but if you are willing to deal with staying off the main street then I would recommend this hotel.

“A Great Niagara Get-a-way”

There is a sea of tourism on the banks of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. But back out of the hustle and bustle of tourists sits a tall, impressive looking hotel called the Park Plaza. It's within walking distance of all the attractions, has great food available in several in-house eateries, and has a unique room setup. We had a junior suite and loved it. The only thing lacking was pay-per-view movies (which would have been a nice way to beat the evening rain) and the continental breakfast was a bit weak. Overall we loved our stay and would glady return to the Park Plaza.
