My mom and I really appreciated the location, so close (walking distance) of the falls! The bed were as well very comfy and I even enjoyed the extra blanket. A pair of slipper was missing, which is not a big deal.

Le prix du stationnement était exagéré, soit 25$ par jour. De plus, j’ai dû payer des frais de commodité de 15$ par jour… mais pour quelle commodité??? Aucun service au chambre, pas de ménage et restaurant de l’hôtel fermé.

Frais supplémentaires abusifs
C’est un hôtel bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel est sympathique. J’ai réservé cet hôtel avec « hôtels.com » car j’ai eu un très bon prix. Cependant, les frais supplémentaires de l’hôtel sont vraiment abusifs. Le stationnement coûte 25$ par jour plus taxes et il y a un stationnement juste en face de l’hôtel pour 10$ par jour. De plus, l’hôtel ajoute des frais de 15$ par jour pour l’entretien de la piscine (qui était en réparation durant notre séjour), pour le téléphone (inutile puisqu’en 2021 presque tout le monde à son propre téléphone), ils appellent ça  « hotel facility fees ». Avec l’ajout de ces frais, le prix d’une nuitée augmente beaucoup trop.

The room was nice. Usual loud AC in the room, outside could be noisy too, but it's Niagara Falls so expected. Parking is paid per night. No fridge in room so that was a surprise. Otherwise comfy room and bed, nice shower. TV is analog and not much entertainment on TV.

Positive: The room was clean. Negative: Parking was expensive at $35, and a $15 facility fee was not disclosed on Expedia. Additionally, the line to the front desk was out of order, there was no room service available at night, and the front desk staff came across as somewhat arrogant.

Very nice space. There were some drainage issues with the plumbing but nothing that prevented us from using the facilities. The rooms though do not have sound proofed doors. We could hear the neighbouring guests through the shared connecting door to the adjacent room.

I was disappointed with our stay. We have stayed many times in Niagara Falls, this was the first time at Old Stone Inn. To begin, there was only one person at reception and when a bus load of people showed up, this person was understandably busy. The only reason we knew the front desk was so busy, was because we had a problem with our room, tried calling down to the front desk several times and the phone wasn't being answered. We decided to walk to the front desk to discuss with the person. Seeing how many people were checking in, we decided to go out to dinner and come back to discuss the room. When we got back, they sent maintenance to see if they could fix the running toilet. They didn't have the item to fix it, so they changed our room. Originally we were facing the courtyard, the new room was by the road it was loud. To top it off, the new room heating system had a whistle to it. The saving grace was we had a 'fireplace' (which was electric), so we could turn off the whistling heating system and left the electric 'fireplace' on all night to keep us warm. Another thing (which I missed reading on the blurb about the hotel) was that we had to pay $35 for parking. This was very disappointing and an unnecessary expense. In my opinion, price should include parking. Other hotels we have stayed in at Niagara included the parking. It feels like you are nickel and dimed when they have extra charges, in all honesty. I don't recommend location and will not return.

Parking was a bit much, considering the day parking closest to the hotel was less than $10/day. Great stay but would’ve really liked to be able to enjoy the pool area more. There was very nice lounge chairs and lots of accessible towels, however the pool was TOOOOOO COLD to possibly enjoy!

I liked the room but did not like it's location - I was in a very dark corner and beside the laundry shut(?) - very noisy in the morning. Also I had NO window to open - the room was too hot (reading over 25C) and had to turn on the air conditional to reduce the heat, but I am allergic to air conditioning. So not a restful night. Felt Like I was given the leftover room.
