Déjeuner fournis avec notre nuitée à l’heure et excellent service. Nourriture A1 , je qualifierais cette boutique hôtel de séjour inoubliable. Très belle chambre très spacieuse pour 4 personnes avec super salle de bains douche et baignoire avec jacuzzi Petit déjeuner correct mi buffet et mi plat a commander à l’avance pas mal mais pas le meilleur du Canada Wifi un peu vacillante dans l’annexe Bien placé au calme et à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre et des chutes

Tout était impeccable : l'accueil courtois avec le sourire malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, la chambre propre et spacieuse, le cachet de l'endroit, le délicieux déjeuner chaque matin et la proximité des activités (à distance de marche), mais suffisamment éloigné pour assurer une certaine quiétude.

Petite escapade avant Nöel, un bed and breakfast tout à fait charmant. Bien situé et à distance de marches des chutes et attractions. Super déjeuner copieux chaud avec personnel souriant et toujours disponible. Prix ultra et belle chambre. Merci pour cette belle petite escapade. Nous reviendrons.

Magnifique Manoir
Endroit hors du temps où il fait bon de se poser. L'on s'y sent accueilli. Des petites attentions sont mises à notre disposition. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Bref, un endroit à ne pas manquer!

Propreté non satisfaisante mais le reste ok
Le manoir est mignon et près des chutes. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et tout est cosy. Cependant gros point négatif: la propreté! Elle est apparente seulement. Il y avait de la poussière par terre et sur les draps ce qui est inacceptable

Un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie demeure en briques rouges du début 20e siècle, bien entretenue. Un accès facile aux célèbres chutes du niagara. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Niagara grandview manor
situé à 15-20 min à pieds des chûtes de Niagara, nous étions dans la partie historique du manoir. Cette partie est ancienne avec une chambre pleine de charme. La salle de bains n'est pas attenante et peu moderne. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant et le PDJ est somptueux et copieux.

Karine, I am glad that you found our Inn convenient as it is only 10 minutes from all the tourist activities and 20 minutes to the Horseshoe Falls. The room you stayed in was in the historic part of the building that was originally built in 1891! We are in the process of remodeling the rooms in the historic part of the building so that they do accompany a ensuite bathroom. We definitely welcome you back any time and hope to hear from you again!

Très beau manoir
Super alternative aux hôtels standard pour pratiquement le même prix. Les Hôtes sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Les chambres et le cadre sont magnifiques. Le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai eu pendant mes 2 mois de voyage à travers les Etats Unis et le Canada. Si je repasse un jour dans le coin, je retournerais à cet hôtel.

We had amazing two-night stay. We walked into a warm greeting, was given a tour of the property and taken to our room. Our room was so cosy and beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. You have different breakfast options, pick your serving time and breakfast is waiting for you. Overall, just what we needed. We had a fantastic time and we will be back.

Excellent stay
Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect; an easy 15 min walk to the Falls and did not have to deal with finding parking or being in the crowded more touristy areas We had a late arrival and the inn keeper waited up to greet us and make sure he got our order for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast selection was excellent: Delicious homemade pastries and several entrees to choose from. The room was spacious and clean and the updated bathroom was fantastic. It was one of the best showers I have encountered at any hotel! Highly recommend this very affordable, convenient and lovely Bed and Breakfast

First we loved staying at this property. The staff is amazing. However, there was absolutely no storage for our things in bathroom or bedroom! We had to shuffle 3 suitcases on and off bed each time we needed anything. The bed covering is white, I was so worried our suitcase wheels would leave black dirty marks in duvet. We were on this property for 4 nights. Breakfast you have NO alternatives, the choices are the choices. There is no type if livingroom/gathering place other than dining room. Also, no outside space (other than our balcony) to enjoy the beautiful weather. Note: if you have mobility issues this is not a property for you. Yes they have an elevator however, there are still 3 stairs to navigate to rooms on 3rd floor. Again, the staff as great and we realuze they have no control with what the owner in China does with the property.

Thank you for mentioning the staff as they work hard to make everyone happy. We have accessible rooms for ppl with mobility issues perhaps booking one of them would have suited you better. There are only 3 rooms in the historical part of the building you need to use the 3 stair.The owner is not in China he lives here a hour away from the property and is on property mid week for 4 to 5 days. I guess you didn't see the patio out front that is available to sit with garden furniture, or the lobby area off of the dining room available with couches and chairs as for the breakfast we have had very few ppl complain about it in fact if you read the comments ppl rave about our breakfast, this is a free cook to order breakfast, with a number of pastries and fruit to enjoy while waiting it is not a restaurant. If ppl have diet issues we do what we can to accommodate them. I suggest any time you have an issue like the 3 stairs or the outside area you come to the front desk and ask if there is anything available as anywhere the front desk is the focal point of a hotel where most questions can be answered. What a beautiful home on a hill overlooking the Falls. The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Hot breakfast included made us feel like we were staying with family instead of a hotel. Definitely worth the money!
