“very comfortable”

The room was nice. The only thing I didn't like was there was no free wifi, but when you're on vacation you shouldn't be in your room.

“Great view!”

We travelled to niagara during the off season so the hotel was relatively empty. We were upgraded as they are currently doing some renovations (which we couldn't hear in our room). So that was a great start! The room was fabulous and we had a great room - the king jacuzzi room! The hotel, however is a little walk to niagara falls but we didn't mind that because there are no hotels in your way obstructing your view of the falls at all! I would recommend this place to anyone.

“Great location”

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Location is great wonderful view. Pool needs a upgrade but clean no spa but sister hotel has a wonderful spa

“Not as good as Fallsview Marriott”

The Marriott across the street was much better! They charge you extra for everything including the use of microwave. I wasnt told that I had to pay for parking until checkout time!

“Worth it”

Good quality room with an honestly good view of the Falls. Excellent beds, quiet room - didn't hear neighbours, clean bathroom and helpful Staff Falls-view windows really needed cleaning (April). Furniture had not been moved for vacuuming between guests.

“Niagarra Falls”

The room and the view were exceptional. The staff of the hotel is badly trained.

“Expensive parking”

Recommended However: The $93.12 CD auto parking fee for 4 days in an uncovered unattended parking lot is outrageous.

“good stay”

It is a nice stay, the hotel is clean but be aware that the american fall view is a bit blocked by Another building. We went there to see the fireworks which is at the american falls which is a bit far from our room's view.

“Victoria Day stay”

The hotel was great. Glad we stayed on the Canadian side, there are more attractions to see. Our ac didn't work well, it was iced over, notified the front desk and it was repaired while we were at breakfast. The next evening though it failed again and we expressed our displeasure. The hotel took off the $20/day parking fee for our inconvenience. Overall, great hotel.

“Internet”

You have to pay for your internet and the reception doesnt look nice
