It was fine for the price. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything and everyone. Rooms are very small which was fine for two people.

Motel was better than its rating and among the better Comfort Motels; accomodations were tight but very good. Breakfast was hot & outstanding. Had been working on one of their two elevators. Cannabis store across the street smelled bad

We had a great experience here while visiting this hotel for my daughter’s dance competition. It’s had renovations to try to make it look less outdated (even though you can see some evidence of it being done with corners cut). The breakfast is great. Only complaint was when I was checking in the agent at the desk was giving me the room key cards, he held it up with my room number clearly visible to others around. Checking in as a woman, it made me uncomfortable. Otherwise great stay.

The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfectly walkable to the sights at and around Niagara Falls. The hotel is not a looker from the outside, but it has heart and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Easy to find. Restaurants and shop all around. Walking to the Falls about 30 minutes to go and 40 to come back because of the hills. Good breakfast, nice staff, big room.

Good location but not at falls. The staff was great. Good breakfast. Wish the local area had had restaurants closer to walk to. The pool was great but with a few dings.

Comfort Hotel is a conveniently located and reasonably priced option in Niagara Falls Canada. Everything needed is walkable and breakfast was included! I will stay there again in the future.

Have been here 3-4 times before and will continue to keep coming back as we love everything about the place. Free breakfast, a pool for relaxing and the kids and pet friendly ! LOVE THEM.

You can walk from the Hotel to Niagara falls. It’s also near to the big ferris wheel and other souvenir shops. Although, it’s gonna be a bit of a walk depending on the person walking. The breakfast was great but it get’s crowded early. If no table for breakfast, you also take it in your room which is convenient. We will come back again. Highly recommended. Everything went smoothly.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The room we got had a weird smell to it, and they quickly and smoothly replaced it for us. The breakfast included was much better than expected. The checkout procedure took less than 30 seconds! Finally, we went back down to the restaurant to grab one more cup of coffee for the road, and although it was 20 mins after breakfast had closed, they happily let us pour 2 cups of their delicious coffee and the service lady even went to the fridge in the back to get us some cream because they had packed them away already. I must say the hotel beat our expectations by a far stride!

Very family friendly and convenient. The location was far away enough from the busyness to be very quiet yet close enough to walk to all the attractions comfortably. The pool and breakfast were great! Would stay again!

Property was a great deal for Niagara Falls and the included breakfast was better than just continental provided at other hotels. The rooms were generally clean except there was hair left in the bathroom in the shower and on the sink and counter. Price for parking seems steep for a hotel so far from Niagara attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the swimming pool as it is warm. Loved the breakfast option, but not enough tables to accomodate guest for dining. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was pretty clean. The walking distance from the falls is 15 mins which is not bad. I would come back here again.

We had a great stay, the room was a bit small but clean. Pool was nice, breakfast was the highlight, lots to chose from and very yummy. Would stay here again

The hotel appeared dirty, and there were homeless people having a picnic in the parking lot. It did not feel safe at all!!!
