“Simply stay here”
Very homy place with very big and spacious rooms. Which is interesting cuz the check in counter room is so small. Easy to get in and out of too, just painless. just know that the continental breakfast is not much, its like cut up pastries and a drink, so enough to get you on the road. Would easily stay there again, plenty of room for four adults and cable. Plus its one of cheapest places.
“Niagara is best with Moonlite”
For out-of-town folks like us, it was a blessing to have Layla & George as our hosts in their nice and homey inn. They treated us like family on top of a reasonable rate in comparison to the other inns. The location is great ---- accessible to places to eat and buy stuff. Most importantly, Layla hooks you up to the best deals in town including transportation. Tip: When you arrive at the airport, call her immediately to start receiving the best tips; you listen to her advice and you will save yourself pleanty of time and money. -- From Geraldine & Joe
“a budget pearl”
This is a motel w. small rooms, shower, fridge, TV, swimming pool. I loved the superior cleanliness, good linen, everything was really neat. Only drawback is a noise from the morning traffic, this is not for a supersensitive people. On the other hand, there are stores around, if you forgot something and the neigborhood seems to be good. I wish to owners only the best.
“Very Pleased”
I have worked in hotels and know all the little tricks of a housekeeper. The rooms were very clean! I couldn't find even dust.
“Nothing fancy but great price, location and service, will go back agan!”
I am an older woman and travel by myself so security is a must for me. Yes the locks could be updated but they were satisfactory and did the job. My room was freshly painted and had new carpeting. The bathroom was very clean and served its purpose. I would recommend grab bars though for us old folk. I also would have liked to see mini blinds so you can open the curtains and let the light in and not have everyone see you at your table. I had a king size bed that I found quite comfortable. I asked for a microwave and received one. I knew they didn't have a coffee pot in the room so I brought my own. Their location was great. I parked my car and never started it again until I left. I would recommend taking the free bus rides most places you need to go. I can also recommend the Niagara Majestic tour with Grey Line bus tours, Lena was informative and entertaining well worth the price. As for the parking I was able to park right in front of my door. If more than one vehicle is in your party the owners should have one car park in the back so all rooms can have their space in front of their room. I would most definitely recommend this motel for a single traveler up to a small family.
“will definitly go back again”
The rooms were clean great cable channels the pool area was very clean one day when we were leaving to go to breakfast the owner was outside pulling weeds and vacuuming in between the cracks on the ground. About 15 - 20 min to Canada, close to restaurants will recommend this motel and would go back again
“Highly recomend!! Super cute and clean!! Great family place!! Close to the Falls!”
I loved this place!! It's what my family calls a bide-a-wee,small and cute with a vintage neon sign. Very well taken care of, even the parking lot had recently been repaved. The room was spacious and super clean, the bathroom was immaculate and recently updated and decorated in the prettiest lavender tile! The sheets were super soft, not sandpaper like most. The pool and area were also very nice and well kept. But the one thing that impressed me most was the management. The owner called me by name, actually remembered it when I stopped in the office the next day and were extremely friendly and helpful.I hated to leave, super charming!!
“Great value for your money”
The room was spotless. So clean and fresh. Not what you think you would get for this price. The owner were very nice and helpfull.
“Not what I expected from the picture, but not bad.”
The picture posted on Expedia is not the room you will get, they are suite rooms, and higher priced. The pool needed upkeep. The free breakfast is less than satisfactory if you are looking for breakfast, and dos not start until 8:30, after many people will already have checked out. The office is not manned 24-7, and can make it difficult to get an answer since the owner is the only one who seems to understand how things run. She is friendly and helpful when you can get her. Parking is tight for some reason, so your room spot may be taken by another car in your absence. The location is not bad, but is obviously an older section of the tourist area. Prepare yourself for long waits on Friday nights to cross the border to Canada (over an hour) so if you have dinner reservations at Skylon towers plan accordingly. Not sure dinner at Skylon towers is woth the price - food was good - not enough choices.. Would recommend shopping around for package tours of the area - they are not cheap, and our bus had no aircon. Niagra Falls is a must see, but has become too commercial.
“Very good for an overnight stay”
Picked this place because of the proximity to Niagra falls and price. The Room and the bath room were very clean. This is a small Motel. The only negative thing would be that the place is very close to a busy street.
