Room was very smelly.Hotel.com showed that they will provide breakfast.But there was no breakfast. Even front desk lady was not ready to do some thing about it.

I'm not one of those people who are really picky. In fact I'm pretty laid back, but this experience was not fun. The room was damp and smelly when I walked in. There was just not enough light in the room and it was so gloomy. The tv had 6 channels and the picture had a significant fuzz. The heater barely did anything and sounded like a truck. And the most annoying thing - they charged me $9 plus tax to park there overnight. I was there for like 12 hours. The staff were friendly, and the location is prime. Would not recommend to anyone.

We were moved three times to get a room with heat. The first room looked like a nightmare. Towels were not even folded and stains were all over the floor. In the second room, the remote control for the tv was broken and if we hung up the phone, it wouldn't stop ringing. I asked to be moved and they moved us next door and there still wasn't heat. Then they finally moved us to the main floor and the room was heated and there weren't stains. I don't know why they gave us two rooms that were so poorly finished. The final room was what we were expecting for a 2 star rated hotel on this website, but it took about 2 hours to finally get to a decent room. If you decide to go here, just know that there are some really bad rooms and some decent rooms. Be assertive and don't settle for the cracks in the wall.

Dirty rooms, No gargbage, No phones. Horibile receiptionist. Paid extra for parking which is not mentioned earlier.

Extremely below my expectations. The staff at reception are rude and not helpful at all. Definitely last time staying there. For the same price you can get a proper hotel booked as opposed to an inn. The *only* reason they get clients is because of location.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Dirty
Location: Close to the casino.
They advertised newly renovated I think they painted and added new carpet. The chairs were dirty the tub and walls were dirty (black). The jetted tub looks nice but afterwords when the water was drain black dirt at the bottom ewww! The bedding was clean but one of the blankets had a cigarette burn on it.

Not a bad place! nothing really bad to say... just that when you book you have to leave a 100 damage deposit and that's not disclosed in the fine print... no ATM on site.. so just prepare to pay this at the desk!
