“Exceeds Expectations”

Our long weekend at Niagara on the Lake was terrific due in part to the accommodations of John's Gate. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is fairly new construction and is impeccably maintained. Breakfasts are a thing of beauty, way more than the usual fare at a B&B. The location is convenient to both town and the wineries. Guests would be advised to bring slippers as lounging, sipping tea, and relaxing are part of the experience. Slippers are also the only foot ware permitted in the house to protect the exquisite carpets and floors. The host has an old-school appreciation for finery and desires guests that share this appreciation.

“Incredible Breakfast”

This was truly an unforgettable stay. Meheroo was so attentive. We arrived early and wanted to just park our luggage and come back at check-in time. It was like home only better - she booked a wine tour for us- The Grape Escape-who pickup us up within 30 minutes and after tour delivered us downtown to a restaurant we had picked. Everything is spotless and comfortable, but the gourmet breakfast she served was worth the trip! Three courses and all incredible. Chef worthy.
