“Good location...”

We had a nice time at this hotel and we thought the location was perfect for walking around and not having to use your vehicle. No complaints...

“Perfect location!”

We couldn't have asked for a better location! We were 1 block from everything and never moved the car the whole time. The hotel has a really nice fitness room and pool, but we never got a chance to use it because there was so much happening down the street and we were busy the whole time. We could see the fireworks over the falls from our hotel window amazingly well. Someone on the floor above us overflowed their jacuzzi and it was dripping through our ceiling. We called the front desk and within minutes were upgraded to a bigger room and they sent someone up with a cart to move our belongings. It was late at night so they allowed us to keep both rooms so we could finish moving in the morning. The whole staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bathrooms are tiny and the towels seemed kind of old, but everything else was so nice that it was easy to overlook that. Also, there is a restaurant connected to the hotel that we thought was only a breakfast place, but found out that they served meals throughout the day and had an outside tiki bar in the evening. The rooms are large and have an extra sitting room which made it nice since we had 4 adults in our room. This place is a keeper!

“Couldn't have been better”

This hotel had all the things we wanted for the right price. I loved the breakfast plan and the fact that there was a choice. It wasn't as fancy as some of the bigger hotels, but then I really don't care if there is a fountain in the lobby or a gracious staircase to the front door. The lobby was still inviting and the room was beautiful and had a fridge, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a clean bed, and a working air conditioner. We asked for extra pillows and they were there within the hour. The swimming pool and hot tub are nice. This hotel is centrally located, closer to tourist attractions than the actual Falls, but the Falls are close enough to walk to. In fact, we never used the car. Just parked it and walked everywhere the whole stay (and the parking price was reasonable, too). The entire staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my choice of this hotel and would choose it again. The only thing they did not offer was a computer I could use. There was one in the lobby, but you had to pay for use of the Internet. They did have free Internet access in the room if you brought your own computer. But this was a very little thing that would not keep me from returning.

“What a Great room!”

We didn't know what to expect on our weekend journey, based on other reviews, but WOW! what a great room. We had the jacuzzi suite on the 9th floor and it was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view of the American Falls.Very romantic, just what the wife and I needed to relax. The staff was exceptional. We visit this area quite often and will definitly return to the Imperial.

“Within walking distance to many attractions and an excellent deal!”

We were nervous about the location and about the quality of the hotel for the price we were getting. We were very impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. The deal was amazing and we were able to comfortably walk to everything that we wanted to see and do. There are great restaurants and things to do around here. The hotel was clean and helped us with anything that we asked for. For this price we were very happy to get a microwave, safe, small fridge and a sitting room all in the room price. Great location and great deal!

“Niagara Falls Vacation”

This hotel was right in the middle of the "tourist district". Walking distance from the falls and Clifton Hill. We never spent anytime in the hotel except to sleep and when we asked for extra pillows we were given them. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and the cleaning staff were exceptional. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking but the hot tub was way too hot.
