Loved the pool and large size of rooms. Pillow were comfy too. Didn’t like that parking was not included and check-in is so late. The charge for an early check-in and only offer a late checkout of half hour .

Recent renovations make the hotel brighter. You can smell the new carpets. Location is great for walking to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Staff is very personable and helpful!

Room was decent fairly clean and good enough for a short stay. Pool and hot tub was nice, location was good short walk to Clifton hill and the falls. Staff could be better, they charged me twice for my room and hotel parking was extremely overpriced for a regular weekday. The hotels water was cut off and we were told to use the washrooms at the Denny’s next door really inconvenient. For the price there’s definitely better I don’t think I’ll be back here again at this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this Howard Johnson and would recommend it for anyone trying to stay close to Niagara Falls. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side, but our room had a large whirlpool tub that more than made up for that. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. The handle on the pool shower was broken, that was the only facility issue that we noticed during our stay. Otherwise, it was a nice place, we liked how close it was to the Falls and Clifton Hill, and would stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very clean property close to everything in Niagara Falls. We visited for the solar eclipse and expected chaos but had an easy check-in, plenty of parking and a quiet hotel at night. We chose a room with a jetted tub and I am the person who brings jet cleaner with me to make sure it was clean but there was no need - it was incredibly clean!

The property is in convenient location but I think its higher priced than it should be also for say the bathroom shower maybe a bit larger and not that im there to watch tv make sure the cable is working properly.

Hotel was clean, pool area was amazing, staff was friendly, and within walking distance to everything. Only complaint was the blankets on the bed, they were very thin, could just be a preference, but I prefer a comforter.

A reasonable choice for budget accommodations. We came to see the 2024 eclipse and hotels were charging really high rates. The location was excellent for walking to the falls and plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is an extra $20/day. The room was clean though a slight strange smell throughout the hotel. They only clean after 2 nights but are happy to provide refill of toiletries or towels as needed. The front desk and staff are nice. On a side note, the Denny’s next door was excellent. There’s also a Baskin Robbins attached but we didn’t go there for this trip.

We paid a little extra to upgrade to a balcony room, and the view from the 6th floor was incredible! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

When we got there we were on the 7th floor and there's only one hotel elevator that goes to 7th floor. They were moving plywood up on the service elevator that serves a 7th floor and we were told that we had to take the stairs. The elevator at that point was not in use. Not great customer service

I love going to the Howard Johnson it's my go-to always when I travel to Niagara. The hot tub is hot, the indoor pool is warm enough, my kids love going here, the rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful! I always choose this hotel for my full week getaways if I am going to Niagara, and I would always recommend it. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and close to Clifton Hill. I walk everywhere from here too. Chucks roadhouse, Liquor store, dollar store, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, etc. and closer restaurants.

This hotel was newly renovated and our rooms were suoer clean and fresh smelling. The amenities were in perfectly working condition and everything was fine. Guests have to pay $20 for parking which is not right in my opinion due to the cost of the rooms. Parking should be included for paying guests. Check in time is horrible and the front desk was a slow process.

Property is in a very convenient location. Beds are not very comfortable and washroom super outdated. Average hotel nothing fancy or over the top. Overall good bang for your buck if you’re looking for a basic stay.

The receptionist charged my credit card 45k instead of the 23 dollar deposit fee. Hence why my credit card got declined. Card to the room needed to be recalibrated. and Moreover my last name somehow was spelled incorrectly. All of this resulted in the chcke in taking longer than Usual. No body gel and toothbrushs available.

My son and I stayed a night here. Location was great and we were able to walk to Fallsview Casino for the concert we saw. Comfortable bed and room was clean. My only complaint was there was no plug to take a bath, could only use the shower and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Other than that- friendly at reception check in and I would recommend this accomodation.
