“Loved it would good back”

The staff was friendly and great to deal with. The kids loved the whole stay and are bugging me to take them back. The room and the over all hotel was clean and in great condition.

“Great Family Fun!”

The hotel is just over a year old and in great condition. They carry the whole lodge theme throughout the hotel (it reminds me of a Disney resort). The main lobby has animated animals and trees. If you have little ones, there is a 8:00 PM story time in the lobby that is a lot of fun (my six year old twins loved it!) Our room/suite was very large (two queen beds and a pull out couch). There is plenty of room for a family of six. The water park was big enough, so that even with the hotel sold out, it didn't seem crowded. Some of the more popular slides had a waiting line, but not too bad. Again, everything was clean and they provide plenty of towels.

“A must for a Supurb Niagara Stay”

It is indeed one of my best experiences in hotel staying, specialy if you have kids and you realy want them to enjoy their time.... I beleive if a family intends to go to Niagara Falls, this hotel will add value to your Niagara experience.

“Had a blast...”

The resort was great fun. We enjoyed our stay and the teenagers had a blast at the water park area. Plenty for them to keep busy...even if it did cost us a bit more than we usually would spend. The arcade was fun for parents & teens! Loved the spa...cannot say enough about the rainwater therapy!!! What an absolutely blissful experience! Hotel room was large, clean and well laid out. This hotel would be awesome for younger children as well...so much attention is paid to 'family' that it's a great choice for a weekend get-away.

“Great Family Fun”

For the first time in years I took my parents (retired) on vacation with us. We did Niagara Falls "touristy" things in the mornings then spent afternoons at the water park. We all had fun--even Grammy and Papa!!! The rooms are clean, the staff was accommodating and we all had a great time. The lodge is geared for kids of all ages. Plenty of staff.

“We had a blast!”

The waterpark is non-stop fun. Our whole family had a great time for hours on end. There is just so much to do. It's great that they have food and drinks right in the park too so you can enjoy some downtime in between the amazing activities.

Great hotel. A little on the expensive side, but it was worth it. Alot of actvities for the little ones, ton of stuff to do. Fun for all ages. The rooms were amazing, the boys thought they were camping...

“great getaway with kids for weekend”

The hotel is set up more for younger children, like 6 to 14. My 16 year old went down all the slides then was kinda bored. the place is clean, lots of places to eat. Food was good, but was expensive to eat on site.
