In a business district, one block from Brock University, the Four Points by Sheraton is within 3 km (2 mi) of major corporate offices and within 5 km (3 mi) of Niagara's wine country and Pen Centre shops.

“Best Hotel When Visiting the Niagra Area”
We were extremely please with the suite accomodation for our family of three; the pleasant dining-bar facility; the reasonably priced local food offerings; and the plesant staff who provided us with easy to use travel maps for our trips throughout the Niagra region. Canadian vacationing at its best.

For the price, we couldn't have been happier. Friendly staff, good value food, good fitness centre. We have stayed in hotels at 3x the price, and not been as happy. The hotel is not luxurious, but I find luxury hotels aren't luxurious either! Enjoy
“Great Hotel Near Niagara Falls”
Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton St. Catherines/Thorold on a recent weekend trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The lobby is very nice (pretty fountain, rest area, & flat screen tv). Check-in was a breeze. Clifton Hill is about 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic. There is a small plaza with a Mr. Sub and New Orleans Pizza in it. Both were very good! There is also an ATM and a small convienient store (snacks, ice cream, etc.) also in the plaza. Tim Horton's and McDonalds are the block as well.

I booked two suites for my family and my in-laws with small kids while visiting Niagara Falls for 5 days. The staff was very friendly with a smile from checking in to checking out. I even had staff members saying hi and asking me about my stay in the parking lot, which showed me that Friendly Service is a culture in the four points. We found it very clean and family friendly. The hotel is very quite which we appreciated and only 15 mn drive to the falls and attractions.

“Excellent Value just a short drive from the falls”
This was our first stay at the Sheraton Four Points. My expectations were exceeded, to say the least. From the moment I walked in to the atrium-like reception to hitting the very comfortable beds in our 1 BR suite, I was very pleased. Service was first rate...at reception and during the rest of the stay. We loved having the suite for our 22 month old daughter. We were able to put her down and enjoy some TV and relaxing time together without disturbing her. The kitchenette is perfect for "make your own breakfast" or, like we did, take out for dinner. (My only criticism was the pool needed some cleaning, but it wasn't bad) The hotel was an excellent value. Take my advice and forget the cheezy stip hotels. For the same amount (or cheaper in our case) we stayed in a 4 star suite with all the amenities, Its only about 10-15 minutes to the falls or Marineland.

The Four Points Sheraton was very clean. The room was very comfortable and the food was reasonably priced and good. The drive to the Falls was not bad.
