Adequate room. Whole place Needs updating. Parking was limited as they actually have paid parking there for people that want to walk around. Place looks bigger then it actually is from the posted photos.

This property is close enough to walk to the attractions center and the falls. Other than that the building, room was old, smelly, no insulation, mold in the bathroom and etc...The entire building needs renovation.

The only positif in this property is it's close enough to walk to the attractions center and the falls. The room was disgusting. The walls are dusty, bugs in the bath, we can see through the doors between the room, they have no isolation so you ear everything in the other room, etc, etc,etc.

For the price I guess you get what you pay for. Sheets were dirty on one bed, beds were different - had to choose the better one to sleep in. Parking was a disaster, owner more worried about charging people driving by then reserving for tenants. Only bonus was that it was walking distance to everything we chose to do, and owner and parking attendant were nice and polite. Will not stay again.

The room was very basic and dated. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place. It was clean and thats all that really matters to me. The bed was not particularly comfortable being an old style spring mattress. The lock on the door was hard to maneuver and i needed help locking my door on 2 separate occasions. The staff were very helpful and kind. The owner( i think) was particularly inviting and welcoming. All-in-all, the room was fine. Staff were great. I'd stay again.

This place was filthy. My daughter was in a different room and it had bed bugs (left and got her money back). No bugs I’m my room but so dirty. The room was also in poor condition and it was super noisy. Also they rent out the parking lot so your spot could be gone if you go out.

The motel was called Niagara's Best and it definitely wasn't. The photos listed when looking at the where to stay were from years ago. The room we stayed in had two door handles and three different locks. the door didn't seal on the bottom and looked as if it had been kicked in on more than one occasion. Our room didn't have any towels and when we returned from purchasing our own the hotel management was yelling at my husband for not checking out on time. When we were escorted into the office to prove that we were registered for two nights we were shown a copy of a driver's license and asked if it was my husband's. He said no the manager then asked which room we were in and he dismissed us. No apology, just a wave of hand dismissal. Also they sold parking spaces to people needing a place to park. I would not ever stay here again.
