“Cheap comfort in Niagara Falls”
Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that they charged me $8 just to park.
“Lodge Inn and Baymont”
We booked into the Lodge inn that is beside Baymont Inn, however Lodge was full they overbooked and they moved us to the Baymont for no additional charge. nice pool, hot tub sauna, breakfast was great and location is perfect. ONly complaint is the shower, if you are over 6'1" you will hit your head on top and the shower head will be below your head. very strange layout.
“Satisfied with the stay”
The motel is not bad for the price we paid for it. The front desk of the motel is located in the hotel next door which shares the parking lot. It took us a while to find the office. The breakfast included pancakes, make your own waffles, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit & of course tea coffee & milk. Overall we were satisfied with the stay
“Not impressed”
It was stated that this hotel was completely renovated in July 2010. It sure didn't look like it. In the first room we were assigned a picture frame was completely busted and the vent didn't work in the bathroom and it was also pretty dirty. I asked to be moved and they did. Plenty of trash under the beds in the second room and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust since the knob was broken. I think I would have rather paid a little extra for a better room.
“You can't beat the location for the price!”
This is the cheapest hotel for the location. Do not expect luxury, use common sense - you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep and plan on being out for most of the time this is a good choice. The staff is nice as well. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone that plans on staying in their room for a good part of their vacation. If you want to be close to the action and use your money for more than a hotel, this is a good place to stay.
“will not go back”
We had a problem with plumbing, from clogged shower, to slow drain sink, then toilet that would not stop running. The other rooms were filled with rude & inconsiderate people that were up until 4 am drinking & yelling, regardless of what we or hotel staff said. Rooms & hallways not vacuumed. If we return to Canada, will pay extra to stay somewhere else.
“Upset”
When we got to the hotel I asked if there was an ice machine. The front dest informed me that there wasa one and signs were also posted close to the room I was going to be staying in. Once I got settled went off to find the ice machine the ice machine wasnt even plugged in and had no ice at all. Later I asked the front desk if they would be able to provide a fridge for my room as my daughter was on antibiotics that needed to be stored in a fridge. Front desk told me they had no fridges available for the rooms. They told me to leave the medication with them and they would store it in a staff fridge they put my name and room number on it. Next morning went to give my daughter the medication and they couldnt locate the medication. After a few minutes I went in the room with them to get the medication we couldnt find it. We finally located it and someone accidently put it in the freezer. The medication was ruined and once we got back home I had to pay for a new antibiotic. Not to mention the internet service was so slow and only worked if you were in a certain part of the room.
“The Lodge Inn and Suites .
