“Excellent Hotel”

Room was clean and nice with a beautiful view of the city of Niagara and a partial view of the American Fall. Service was good. We were quite satisfied with this hotel.

“First rate hotel”

This hotel is in excellent condition. The common areas are comfortable and well decorated. We received delicious cookies upon check in and the service was very good. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and outdoor spa and also frequented the Starbucks/bar in the lobby. Our room was well appointed and very clean. Practically every room has a falls view. The distance to the falls is not too far to walk and several restaurants are also within walking distance.

Great hotel... I did not like that they do not tell you about the charge for parking until you get a letter under your door the morning of check out, but other than that - excellent hotel, great location and I would stay here again!

very clean , well kept pool area clean. very calm and quiet hotel. would recommend it not in the congested part of niagara falls. easy walking to most attractions even for a 10 year old. food drinks etc a little pricey around town. take literature and plan accordingly.MUST DO MAID OF the Mist. SKIP the movie at the skylon tower.

Can't wait to go back! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The art gallery off the lobby was a nice touch. Great to see the hotel supporting local artists!

Nice lobby to welcome you and we got cookies when getting our room. Rooms were nice a clean, beds were comfy, all in all we had nothing to complain about. We asked for a late checkout and got an extra hour to get our stuff ready.

My wife and I went to a two night getaway and were very pleased. We stayed in a Deluxe King Jetted Tub fallsview suite. The staff was very cordial and friendly, the room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was outstanding. Also, there was a decent view of American falls and partial view of Horseshoe falls. The area it's in is ok. It's probably a 15-20 min walk to Clifton and the falls. You could stay closer, but it's nice to be away from all the racket of Clifton Hill. Two minor downsides: - We had some pretty rainy weather and the channel selection on TV was pretty lame. No premium channels available. - Parking is $10/day All in all, very nice place, and I would definitely recommend it.
